Had a warranty issue with my Ford 2022 escape. And I just got to say Mike in the auto body department has satisfied this customer. For those of us in the service industry, we always remember that the customer is always right and Mike is a fine example of that. with his experience, knowledge, and quite frankly talent of the industry, he is a valuable asset to Ford.Thanks Mike to you and your team. Collisions are always stressful, However Alan Jay Ford Collision repair department ensured the process to repair my damaged vehicle was totally stress free. The Ford team were extremely professional and thorough in the repair process. I even got a ride home...So thumbs up for Ford Collision department.

I was looking to downsize to smaller crossover SUV and had the pleasure of working with Anthony Salerno. He spent close to a week answering my texts about different models they had available and explaining features, legroom, etc. They had so many great options I couldn’t narrow down my search online so scheduled a meeting. He was well prepared and showed me every model I had inquired about and explained features and warranties. I was able to quickly and easily narrow my search and decided on one that was perfect for me. I had been looking online for weeks and the prices at Alan Jay were often the best. Anthony’s attention to detail and knowledge of all the models made it easy to make a decision. I would highly recommend Alan Jay, and would ask for Anthony. Whether you have questions about makes and models or know exactly what you want the level of customer service he provided far exceeded my expectations.

made an appointment over 4 weeks iin advance brought my bronco in on that and was told after dropping it off they didn't have a tech available for two weeks I drove from diamonhead Mississippi to make this appointment obviously there is no management at this location why schedule appointments when i arrived I stood in the heat for a long time before I was acknowledged I would seek elsewhere to have your vehicle repaired if they can't get it right at the door they may not get your repair right

Big thank you to the guys at Alan Jay Ford not only did they help us with our new vehicle we were put into a drawing for a 70 inch tv.... This morning went to Alan Jay Ford service in SebringFlorida. My appointment was at 9AMI arrived on time and waited for 2 parts to be replaced on my windshield and side panel. I was on my way in my Explorer about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Fast great serviceThank you Garry for your professional advice and help

Don't know how to respond to their little response on my review of the dealership other than posting again. why would i get in touch with you when i didn't get any satisfaction before...your response just makes it look like you care which we know is BS. i went to another dealership had my Jeep repaired and with their awesome customer service when I buy/trade again it will be there.

In for a recall notified 3 months ago. Saw the service person month and half ago. Said they were only allowed to order 1 part a day for a fuel system. Took my papers and phone number and never did. Still waiting!

I was just at the Collision Center and I have never in my whole life been treated like I was treated by Mike the manager. Unbelievably rude and condescending. They can say goodbye to my $5000.00 I will never do business with this place! Ever!

I made appointment to have my battery checked and on the day of appt the battery was dead and I had no way to get it there. They sent a porter from the dealership to jump start the battery so I could drive it for service. A big thanks!!

Dropped my truck off first thing in the morning on Thursday due to overheating issues, should've been simple diagnosis and fix but no. Called me 2 hours later saying the truck was fine. Once I arrived to pick up the truck I was told that there actually WAS a problem with it and that they were working to fix it. After 6 hours they told me they needed to order parts for it and that it would be done by Friday afternoon. Come Friday afternoon I called for an update and was told they ordered the wrong part, and that it wouldn't be done until Monday at the earliest. No attempt to outsource parts or send a runner to part facilities out of town. I will NOT be coming back here, and I recommend you don't either.
