I highly recommend Rolando Diaz. He is the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. Everything was done remotely due to how far away I live, but he was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure that the purchase and transportation of my new car went smoothly. Thank you, Rolando!

Got oil change here 1 week later transmission failure plus my dash cam was disconnected and missing parts. Also a disgusting salesman tried to shake my hand after sneezing and coughing in his hand. Never again. They want that repeat buissness car industry hurting. Don’t believe the good ratings. You should see how they threw the new sticker on the windshield. They was like f this guy car. Watch these guys if they have your car.

This is the third time we have worked with the sales team at Alan Jay Chevy and have been treated well and got a good deal every time. The service department is top notch as well. It's easy to get an appointment and they are prompt and thorough with the service. I'm sure I could find a cheaper service but I have confidence in their knowledge and skills with my car and the little extra cost is more than worth it.

My A/C quit working, and the heat index outside was 106. I checked on the internet for an appointment, it said, a week away. That won't work. So, I drove to the dealership, pulled inside, Jesus (service writer), looked at the car, said to leave it, I needed something to drive, he let me use a courtesy car, from Alan Jay. 3 days later (1 was a holiday), he called, said that my car was done. I have a very good extended warranty, (even the dealerships, will honor this warranty. Everyone was very helpful, I will always take my cars, to Alan Jay.

Alan Jay Cadillac , in Sebring, has been my dealership for a couple of years now . Had a fair bit of work done on my older car, plus a recall . On 2nd of May …. I had a warning light show on my dash showing low air pressure. , so, since I was in Sebring , I stopped in to check on the issue. Jesus, in the service department, said he would check for me…. There was no puncture , but needed some air added…in fact all tires needed some air, also they did a multi point check and washed and vacuumed the car ……. All in less than an hour , with no appointment and at No Charge !!That is what I call service. Thanks Jesus and thanks Alan Jay !!
