Do not buy the gap insurance from them it doesn't pay out on a claim. Sad they take your money and stick you when you need the gap. JM&A gap is the insurance they sale you. They go by JD Powers and they go by what a dealer can sale a car for. Not you the consumer

I tried to buy a truck but Alan Jay can't get their crap together and do what's right for their customers....ever. This was the THIRD TIME those incompetent sales people in Sebring couldn't do their jobs. Instead, the next day, (after the Alan Jay corporate team failed to call me back like they promised they would in order to try and make their screw up right) I bought a High Country 2500 from a competent dealer over 2 hours away...a process that took 30 minutes by phone and they DELIVERED my new truck to my driveway that same day. Alan Jay and his stealerships should be embarrassed and out of business. Hands down the worst dealer I've ever dealt with. And that's saying a lot... I've owned over 30 GM cars and trucks! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Most reprehensible crooks I ever encountered in the car business. Repeatedly prey upon the elderly- expect to find yourself with a lease when you thought you were purchasing cash. Expect them to tell you in service that your vehicle is unsafe so you should sell it to them for 1/5th the value and buy a different vehicle. Expect to find the used car you bought for the price of a new car was a seriously wrecked lemon. Expect to be denied when you ask for service or trade on the brand new car you bought that is a lemon. It's on my elderly parents that they kept going back to this family of dealerships that stole rapaciously from them, repeatedly- they are naive, trusting, and easily manipulated at the age of 87 and 90. Warn anyone considering dealing with this criminal outfit! The Florida Attorney General should pull their license to sell cars for all the fraud and thievery.

Recently purchased a Chevy Traverse with Rolando, he is absolutely phenomenal! He worked with me on getting exactly what I wanted at the price I could afford, very personable, and kind. Top tier customer service!

Salesman was great everything else was mediocre or poor. Sales manager either lied to me or was ignorant of what went on during service. Finance was average. I wouldn't let the service department touch my friend's child's power wheels. Dealership manager won't answer the phone or return calls. After buying a used car that passed the dealers "inspection" I've got around $2500 in the car making it safe and correct. That doesn't include the bumper touch up needed from the broken tailight falling out when the double sided tape that was used to cover up the broken mount failed.

Recently I had to have extensive repair work done on my older car (1999 Mercury Marquis) at your Toyota store. The service rep, Erik Alvarado, handled the work and he was fantastic. He led me through the process and all work was done very well. My older car now drives like a new one Thanks in part to Erik Alvarado. Thank you very much.

Stay far away!!!!!! I saw this rav4 on cargurus.com then found it on Alan Jay website. Both places advertised the same price. I went and test drove it. I loved it. Came home talk to my husband about it. Next day messaged sales guy to get me the out the door price as I was going to buy it. He sent it to me with the sale price with an extra 1000 dollars added to it. When questioned why the price went up. I was asked if I was military or student. I am not. So then I was told that's how I would get the extra 1000 off. I said NO where does that say that. Then he sent me a picture he took of the computer screen with the disclaimer. You know the disclaimer that allows anything to be said. Then the car was taken off cargurus.com and the Alan Jay price on the Alan Jay web site was jacked up a 1000 dollars. Pictures to show my story. (pictures not allowed on my review)This is very bad for business. You advertised a price that should be the price. I am very upset about this. This is wrong on so many levels.

We would like to let you know how pleased we are with the services provided by James Jackson at your Waucula dealership service department. He took care of our phone problem yesterday. Although this was a minor problem, we feel confident that whenever we need services for our Dodge van, we can count on getting superior work here.

Over heard a vendor that services while at the shop, mind you there arent local service vendors near this area, they drive from long distances in trucks without ac, ask for water to refill his jug, it’s hot out, over 90 in a box truck, apparently the water is for customers only, never giving business to that overpriced business as it is. Stay away. If a board of director for a hospital can’t give one of his vendors water, you can only imagine

Bait and switch! Called about a car for sale for our sons birthday. Was told the car was still available. Asked if I needed to put down a deposit to hold the car until the end of the day when my husband could come also and was ensured they’d hold the car for us. My husband closed our business early (having all our employees leave early to accommodate this sale), got home as we we’re walking out the door got a call the car just sold. Horrible!! Good thing we learned thief customer service -we have to more daughters to buy for and they’ll NEVER see our business!!
