My 3 kids needed physicals done before school started back. I was told they do not accept insurance for school physical only annual physical. But, if I do the annual physical they would not give me the paper I needed to give the school. So I had to pay out of pocket for all 3 of my kids physicals. Then my youngest is due for vaccines and because we don't have Medicaid they would not give him the vaccines. I have never had this happen at any other doctors office, my insurance has always covered their physicals and I was able to get the paper needed to give the school. Their pediatric retired so we moved to Advent Health. I will be looking for another doctors office as this is not the first time we've had issues at this office.

I would like to say that Kaytie and Ashley were great,they were upbeat ,very nice having this today it made my nervousness. And Dr. Win is respectable thorough and professional.

My experience on my first visit was absolutely excellent from being to end! I have finally found a good, caring doctor with an organized, carry staff!
