I used to be a Winn Dixie pharmacy customer. The pharmacy closed and all of my prescription information was transferred to this Walgreens. I was in need of two prescriptions so I notified my doctor and received an email stating the refills had been sent to Walgreens. I called this place today and was told there was nothing sent. The pharmacy tech said she sent a request. I went the same evening to see if my rx refills were sent and if so, to pick up. I went to the counter and there I waited. Not one person looked my direction, after a few minutes I was told by a (ha,ha) young lady she'd be right with me, finally. She looked up at me and said "yup" I gave her my last name, and was told nothing was there for me. I explained I received and email from the doctors office, and called earlier in the day and her snarky response was there was nothing there and she walked away. Not a great way to start off with a new customer. I proceeded to leave but went back to get her name. I walked up to the counter and she "yupped" me again! So I responded "yup?" I showed her the email from the doctors office and I told her to check again. Naveah, if you hate your job & working with the general public why are you behind the that counter? You were a smart ass from your first word, to me, "yup." You sounded quite unintelligent, obviously have a very limited vocabulary, have no manners or people skills for that matter. A pimple faced kid. Walgreens, train your employees in customer service!! Employ people with a vocabulary, some manners and people skills at minimum! Moving on up to a different pharmacy.

A couple pharmacy techs (not all). I understand they are busy and short staffed, underpaid, etc. but that's no reason to be rude to customers. Or they will lose them.

Ugh! This Walgreens needs to be shut down and replaced with a comic store/toy shop. This has very rude service who denies medications. Walmart already has a pharmacy.

I'll start this off by saying if I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. Im Writing this review sitting in the parking lot after waiting for 30 minutes behind another car in the Drive thru to pick up a simple prescription. Once I started to pull forward they CLOSED THE SHUTTER DOOR IN MY FACE. They couldn't even wait 2 seconds to tell me "sorry we are closed for tonight" just shut the lights off and disregarded me completely. At the time it wasn't even 8 yet. Not to mention I was trying to call and put on hold the whole time I was in line. Walked in and again had shutter doors closed on me. Lack of respect and professionalism was shown. I've been using this pharmacy for years and always have had a problem. I guess tomorrow I'll be switching to another pharmacy for my future needs. Whether it be rude customer service or slow prescription refills/pickups I do not recommend using this pharmacy :)

Horrible pharmacy, I went to this location for years and was astonished and how such ignorance and incompetence could continually occur. Getting my meds from here was an absolute nightmare. I switched to Publix and have not had any issues since. I would be told by different people completely different information, drive there be told something else, and come back again one day up to 4 times. They screwed up everything that could possibly be screwed up, I don't know how this place hasn't been shut down. I will never go to this 3rd world place again, this is the epicenter of the downfall of the American Healthcare system. I went without my medicine many times. Please know that Pharmacist Anthony was cold, rude, and should not be in the business of medicine or helping people clearly, he is a condescending unprofessional man that should be in a position where his extremely uncaring behavior cannot affect others. Please NEVER go to this pharmacy and spare so much stress, phone calls, trips there, missed meds, and the rude staff!

Sad that I have to review a pharmacy to make people aware of the problems. This location is not what I'm used to with Walgreens. We just waited 1 hour in the drive through just to be greeted rudely. They have one person working the drive through and the counter. This is common here. Employees are extremely rude almost every time I've used them. It's bizarre. We decided today that we will be changing pharmacies. We have given them several chances and nothing changes.

I have been using Walgreens for decades. Anymore lately there always seems to be an issue in getting my prescriptions. Either using incorrect insurance information or not having things in stock. I waited in a drive thru Lane 45 minutes in the sun while on my motorcycle (got boxed in or I would have left) to just give them a copy of my new Medicare drug card only to have the rude employee tell me I had to come inside to do it because she didn’t want to hold up the line. Mind you I waited 45 minutes on ONE car ahead of me to leave the window. I submitted cards online previously only to be told “they aren’t in the system”. I now have a prescription that “has a problem” “please call the pharmacy”. I called and after 30 minutes waiting to speak with someone I gave up. I will now have to go waste an hour at least to finally get to tell the pharmacist to run it through the correct payor. It’s impossible to manage prescriptions using the Walgreens app and/or calling directly. I plan on changing my preferred pharmacy. The aggravation caused by Walgreens is not worth dealing with them further.

THIS PLACE IS THE PINNACLE OF DISRESPECT TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS. The "pharmacist" is the upmost rudest, disrespectful POS I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Scheduled my appointment online for 12 noon. The appointment confirmation states: Be there 15 minutes prior. I was in line at 12:15 the only person there. The attendant is busy with the drive thru and it took 3 drive thru prescriptions before she acknowledges me. She tells me to come over to the register she's at, I comply, she steps away and upon her returned, the other attendant, ask me to return back to the initial line I was at. She then rudely asks me for my paperwork. Even though she observed me getting on the COVID line with my documentation when I got there. She proceeds to ask me for my paperwork, again abruptly, and I point to the first register where the initial attendant grabbed it. She looks at my paperwork and ask me for my card, I ask insurance card? No! Vaccination card, I said I have a photo, she's like; "Thats no gonna work" she ruffles through some papers and states again; "You have the card" again, I say Insurance card? She states: NO, the photo. I then state to her: "Are you having a bad day" her response; NO. I then state it seems you have a little attitude, cause I'm pretty good at recognizing it. At this point "Anthony, jumps in and states: " If you continue to harass her, you can leave" I stated: " mind your business at which point he proceed to curse at me and tell me to leave the store. Word of mouth travels fast about your lousy, disrespectful establishment. GO ELSEWHERE Folks!!

I thought this location at 999 was the worst but I was wrong. All of the locations Roseland included are horrible. I have never seen a pharmacy as mismanaged and clueless as these, along with rude if you ask a question. They close without notification. Switching

The worst pharmacy ever. DO NOT USE THEM. The pharmacist doesn't give a damn. I had an appointment. Was the only one waiting. After 20 I asked what was the problem and they said it will just be a few minutes. 20 minutes later I asked again with the same response. After one hour I went up and asked what the hell was taking so long and she told me that the pharmacist was mixing it. As we all know it comes to them already premixed. I lost it had words and left..

I don't know if it was the pharmacy or what but they are horrible when it comes to picking up the phone. I see they have other bad rev also so maybe they need to fix something in there!

I can't speak for all walgreens stores but the pharmacy at 999 Sebastian Blvd in Sebastian Fl has to be the most poorly run pharmacy I've ever dealt with. We have had problems with prescriptions not being ready even after phone calls and text messages saying they are, having to return on multiple days because they don't have enough medication to fill the whole prescription and incredibly long wait times at both the drive thru and inside. I would never recommend using this store and we are already in the process of moving all of our prescriptions to CVS.

The pharmacist and the people behind the counter here are unprofessional and rude. Every month it's gotten worse and worse. When I drop a prescription off (the same prescription that I've gotten for years from the same pharmacy) I don't expect it to take 6 hours or the next day. The pharmacist is very rude and his lackeys are even ruder they think they can also hang up on customers when they call inquiring about their prescriptions. HOURS LATER!!
