The Walgreens Pharmacy staff at 999 Sebastian Blvd is great. Very helpful with transferring out of state prescriptions after a multi state move. Take the time to get to know them and you won’t be sorry.

I got a phone call telling me my prescription was finally ready after about a week. When I went to pick up my prescription, the pharmacist came over and told me they refused to fill it because my doctor was not in town. How come you had to wait a week to tell me this and I couldn’t get a phone call the same day I dropped off the prescription? they could’ve cared less and told me they absolutely refused to do anything about it. Horrible customer service, I’ll never go there again! Especially when Publix just opened up a pharmacy Right next-door!

Management sucks horribly terry is horrible as a manager should lose his job bad customer service Brittany is just always on her phone while working and rude to customers as well the other two good people there is Jeff and Alison worked there but quit don't ever wanna work at that job again no one should ever want too

Terrible pharmacy gosh should have looked at the rating before. Walkin in there gave me the run around for my medication from the urgent care not only this ...the lady from the drive through was such an unfriendly Karen .. please don't waist your time going to this pharmacy thats a terrible pharmacy

Revised, do not go here! NO HELP, DID NOT GIVE ME THE RIGHT RX. DICOVERED MILES AWAY WITH NO WAY TO RESOLVE IT!!!! I went for an rx, in from out of town. I didn't have any trouble, friendly helpful staff

Their pharmacist, especially, needs training in customer relations and the laws governing the medical field. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INTO A WALGREENS AGAIN. The people in charge of the personnel in Orlando would not return my call. So there you have it. Another company that does not care about their customers.

This pharmacy needs to improve their customer service. Not once or twice but on multiple occasions they have failed to fill my prescription.. When you call and finally get a human on the other end it makes no difference - they cannot find your prescription and you have to call your doctor’s office to resubmit ! I’m moving on from this place !

I would give the Pharmacy at this Wallgreens zero stars if I could. I booked a covid shot for today at 11 am. So I drive 18 miles to get to this location and the pharmacy WAS CLOSED. So why are they booking appointments? One of the workers told me to come back later, yah I am going to drive another 36 mile trip. I have had this happen to me before at my local Wallgreens when I went to pick up a script and they were closed during the weekday all day. WALLGREENS CAN NO LONGER BE TRUSTED.
