Based on my wife's experience and mine with Labcorp, I will never go to Labcorp again. My wife scheduled an appointment online in March 2021for the lab at 9595 U.S. Highway 1, Sebastian, FL which was close to our home. The night before her appointment she received a voice message stating that the lab would be closed and she would have to go to Labcorp in Rose-land. When she arrived, she was informed that she would be treated as a "walk-in" patient because Labcorp in Roseland was never notified by Labcorp at 9595 U.S. H'way 1 that it was sending its patients to Roseland. Consequently, my wife had to wait 1-1/2 hours before being seen. I scheduled an appointment online for 7:45 a.m. on Sept. 13, 2021 at 9595 U.S. Highway 1. Labcorp at that address is located inside Wal-greens. On Sept. 12, 2021 at 12:29 p.m., I received an e-mail reminding me of my scheduled appointment. When I arrived, I used the QR code to check in. When I didn't get an acknowledgment, I went inside Walgreens and was informed by a Walgreens employee that the staff at Labcorp would not be in until Thursday, Sept. 16th! I left in disgust and resolved never to use Labcorp again. Apparently, Labcorp doesn't care about honoring appointments or wasting the patient's time. I would recommend that anyone who is thinking of going to Labcorp at 9595 U.S. Highway 1 in Sebastian reconsider by choosing to go to another lab for blood tests.
