I had a phone issue , seen I had att service decided to check my options. Got a new phone and iPad deal. Verizon reps are great and nice to work with , my rep went above and beyond to set me up.

Joe Latimer at Verizon in Sebastian, FL was awesome he spent time with wife n kids to explain everything we needed to know about upgrades n phone. I’d highly recommend to go see him and interact with him for your next phone plan upgrade etc. He can definitely help you with any situations that may arise and make you feel comfortable with making decisions on your new plan. We upgraded my granddaughter phone and he made the process so easy. Great job Joe!!!!

I recently got upgraded and got a new iPhone 15 pro and unfortunately damaged it but luckily I pay insurance or so I thought. I was promised same day delivery multiple times after applying half a dozen times at least for a claim. I first got a paper receipt and confirmation for a new phone later that day, then a week goes by and still no phone. I return to again make a claim from the denial I was given due to complications. I make another claim and screenshot the confirmation I get on Friday. I wait over the weekend and expect the phone that next business day but no phone! At this point it’s almost a week and a half and the lack of a phone has inhibited my school, job, and lifestyle to a stance where it put me in bad positions in important events. I make a claim for the 6th time (4th time in store) and finally get my phone delivered the next day only to find out that my number has to be unlocked and my iCloud has missing data! I am missing over a month of footage and text messages that I am still getting billed a full months of coverage costs for? As far as the employees that tried helping (having a different one each time) they did their best but this was definitely a lack of control in the whole situation and a very terrible collaboration with Asuron with the multiple contacts I had with them. I recommend switching back to SD cards, at least THAT way you won’t lose your data if your phone isn’t able to be turned back on.

Had a major SIM card issue. Went into the store to get it resolved. Ended up having a promotion for a new iPhone 15, I was paying way more for perks and services elsewhere. The Verizon rep was very helpful.

Came into the store today to change my phone. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. I left the store with a new phone and a lower monthly bill! I definitely recommend coming into this store!

Came in to Sebastian store at the last minute to exchange phone. Sales rep was great. Knowledgeable about the exchange even though he did not do the original sale. Was quick and no issues.
