Had a Great experience @ this place , gave it a wonderful review. Don’t live close by , made an out of the way trip to purchase a cord for my car phone & needed some assistance on pairing them due to a new phone purchase through this particular Verizon store. I was told that it would be a $40 service fee along with $20 for their shortest cord. Just so you know I already purchased a cord but out of courtesy I was going to buy another instead of going in & just asking someone to pair it for nothing. The salesperson Mohammed was Nothing like Jay who I had dealt with when purchasing the phone. Not good customer service. No one likes to be played like that. What people have forgotten is an act of kindness speaks loudly to a consumer these days. These kind gestures bring people back. The way I was treated today put a bad taste in my mouth

I arrived @ the Sebastian Verizon store & immediately when entering a friendly hello, how are you was how I was met. It only gets better.i was fortunate enough to have Jay as an advisor who only was concerned on what he could do to make my experience pleasant & productive & as price conscious as he could, What? Is this really happening? Sitting @ another desk was Tim. You would not believe this but before I knew it I had 2 gentleman doing everything in their power to make this experience wonderful. I can’t even begin to recall the last time I was treated with such poise, grace & sincere elegance. You are lucky if you experience this type of treatment anywhere nowadays. Thank you Tim & Jay. Also thank you Verizon, Sebastian for employing 2 amazing advisors.

I stopped at the Verizon store in Sebastian because I had a payment Issue. As soon as I walked in the door, Associate Dylan made sure that I was greeted made sure that all my issues were addressed very respectful very organized young man just wanna give a shout out to the rise and sword because they helped me To get done, but I definitely cannot get done myself

Its been weeks, but I don't feel right just letting this go anymore.
I went into the store to get a new phone. Dillan was my salesperson. I was offered an excellent deal on a new phone, and I took it. I chose my phone color, he ordered it. I also purchased a screen protector and camera lens protectors. The phone would take 2 days to arrive, no problem.
I went back to pick up my phone/get it all transferred over. No issues yet, phone arrived as scheduled and the transferring process began. He said it would take less than an hour. (The day prior, he looked at my phone's storage usage when showing me that the 256gb storage would be fine) By the end of it all, the transferring took 5 hours. I wish that were my biggest complaint.
The day I picked up my phone I also bought a phone case. At that point, Dillan asked me if I wanted the packaging for my screen and camera protectors, I said yes. He didn't hand it to me, and I still don't have it to this day. So the warranty for those items is non existent. Wonder how often he does that. Wish it were my biggest complaint.
When I got home at 5pm, after the phone was finally done transferring, I tried sending my husband a test photo. I quickly realized that I was locked out of my Google account. Google needed me to verify my account. The ONLY way to do this was through my old phone. The one that Dillan, who says he has been working with cell phones a long time, wiped clean after the transfer. I tried everything in my power to verify my account, including using my laptop for verification, but that wasn't an option. The sole thing Google had as an option was to do it through my old, wiped phone. My saving grace was my husband, who just happens to be informed about technology, and he was able to completely remove the old phone from my Google account.
If I'd not had my technology aware husband, and I'm sure many old people in this town lack technology knowledge, I don't know what I would have done. It would have likely taken days to get Google to respond, or Verizon, and I would have been basically without a working phone. Trust me, when you're locked out of Google, it locks you out of everything because everything is connected to Google.

When you get a new phone there are always issues.
These folks are always ready to help.
There's a wait sometimes, but I've always had my problem(s) solved.

I had to threaten to file a police report before they finally “found” my phone that I was told would be returned. I reached out for weeks prior but they refused to do anything.
My bill is also $150 instead of the $110 I was promised.

Sometimes you need the help of a whole team to get something done. Thanks to Jake, Noah, Mallory and Andrew I had the best team for my unreal cell phone debacle. They were calm, patient, knowledgeable, and guided me through a very difficult service issue. Each of them contributed in some way to helping me out. Thank you to all of you for going above and beyond in customer, and people, service!

I was a return customer I went in there to get internet was talked into switching my phone over told a girl what I was currently paying was told that for $10 a month more I could get everything with Verizon I allowed her to make the sale when I got my bill it was more than double what my old bill was made several attempts to contact the sales girl she would not return my calls contacted Verizon customer service they tried to be helpful but told me there's not a lot they can do as this store is not a company store after this experience I have to say stay away not very reputable
