They use to be Excellent when only Dennis was cutting my dog but these 4x that I took her to be cut I notice a different. It wasn't Dennis the owner and license ONLY GROOMERin there and the will tell u that only Dennis does the dogs NOT TRUE.cause there are 2 people there and I was told that there only there to help bath and clean up NOT TRUE I was talking to a Lady that goes to them and she asks for Dennis only to groom her baby and she walk in there seeing the wife cutting her baby threw the mirror when she went early to pick her up. I never had any problems with my hair cuts or issues till they got these new people in there that don't even speak any English and is grooming clipping there nails and etc.Before Dennis use to come out and talk with u about how u like the hair cut Now u don't see Dennis but u see the others standing in the area where they take ur dog and is waiting for u to leave so they can work on them and say the owner did the dog .I use to send SO MANY PEOPLE THERE no more now..There prices went up $5.00 more which is 45.00 which is pretty cheap. But if my baby comes out everytime with a problem I rather spend the extra money somewhere else. Dennis is a very hard worker and does an Excellent job if he is the one doing ur dog .

First time at this groomers ,new to Sebastian ,After 4 hours we decided to go and pick up our Shih Tzu .The women seemed annoyed that we came early ,Complained that our dog was uncooperative (never heard this from other groomer)then charged 10 over what they quoted ,5 for using a debit card and 5 for not sure what .I was told from another person that when they picked their dog up he was yelping .I’m not comfortable with a groomer that is hidden behind a wall.Not going back ..Beware …

They are great with my dog and reasonably priced. I take my dog every 3 weeks to have her nails trimmed and I have never had a bad experience. Always friendly.
