“Went in for an oil change. My car was having issues starting so I asked for them to check the battery. In fact I asked 3 times and was told the battery was fine. It wasn’t! In less than two weeks I had to replace the battery. It was the original battery and 60k miles. I was out of town and the gentleman at the place I took it took 2 minutes to check the battery which came back replace immediately. I don’t feel that your guys actually checked the battery. If they had it would not have been “fine”.”

“Went in for an oil change appt yesterday. Friendly staff at the desk, got my car in right away at the appointed time. Once complete they informed me I needed new tires like yesterday. Glenn told me it would be about $750 and they could get the tires there in a few hours and it wasn't safe to drive my car other than to home and back so I agreed to return in the afternoon for tire installation. I should have asked the specific brand and type of tire so I could do a price comparison but I didn't do it at the time. Returned at 3 and tires were put on quickly. I was given the total and I paid but when I got home I went to review my receipt and I realized there was no breakdown or description as I was only given the 2nd page of the receipt. I called the shop to get the details on my new tires and then looked them up online to see if I got a fair deal. I called another auto shop where we also frequent as well as comparing online retailers. It seems St. Lucie charges the high end of these Toyo tires. We could have saved a little over $100 compared to Walmart and C&D Auto but I didn't have the luxury of time to research since I was told "I needed them right away". The service was friendly and efficient but price does matter and I will definitely price shop next time.”
