Got a call from the owner on Friday that a boat spot opened up so we took our boat out of it's current spot on Saturday and paid our first month. The owner is 88 years old and a very nice man. However, we got a call at 2:30 today from him telling us that the wife had already filled the spot and we would have to pick it up or put it in the back lot. Back lot was rutted and would have been hard to get into. Boat is now gone and it has been a total waste of time for us. Terrible customer service. Why wouldn't you want to make good on something that was your fault? Stay away for there is all I can recommend. We have 2 A/C units at Life-storage in Vero. Professional people and very nice. They just didn't have an available boat spot.
