Officer Brandes violated my mother's civil rights and used excessive force to bodyslam an elderly woman to the ground when she was not in trouble for anything. Then arrested her for resisting when she never did anything in the first place. HE beat my mother up in front of my brother and my brother could not emotionally handle this. He punched Brandes and ended up in jail as well. The sebastian police department had the nerve to glorify themselves the next day and call themselves heros for abusing my mom and tazing my brother, innocent citizens walking down the street. Horrific abuse of authority and violations of the law

Been having problems at my home with a neighbor, after calling the police numerous times was not happy with the way most of the officers handled it not very professional, they had an attitude right off the bat ,didn't want to take the time to listen to my story and they would tell me my neighbors rights, even when it was clear to them who the problem was, no reports written, did not tell me what I can do to help stop the problem. Decided to go to the precent to talk to someone, Officer Terry Pizzuti sat down with me to let me explain my situation 5 stars to officer Pizzuti, he listened to my story took all the information needed made a report gave me a case number and explained that I can get a restraining order so if the neighbor verbally abuses me again he will be arrested (so why didn't the officers that came to my house 20 times make a report and tell me that?)very professional and compassionate and understanding there should be more officers in Sebastian like him. Thank you again Officer Pizzuti! Some of these other officers need to understand what may not be an important issue to them, is to the person calling for them , I would like to see how they would feel being harhassed in their own home for 5 years!

Officer Robinson is one of the most rudest and disrespectful policeman I’ve ever encounter with. A police officer is supposed to make you feel safe and he did not do that at all. My experience with him is horrific.

Fl and my 17 year old son had an insident in Sebastian, Florida. I was 3 hours away and his father and his brother 1 hour away. We felt ABSOLUTLEY helpless to protect Trey. Sebastian took care of him like he was family, one of their own!! God Bless You!!Trey Walker (my son) works at Papa John's Pizza in Sebastian. He was promoted this past Friday to manger at 17 years old!!!! His phone broke and was shattered. I couldn't afford to buy him a new one. He saved his money to get a new phone because he needS IT. CONSTANT commmunitication is IMPERITIVE with me and my boys. He is my son and I love him! He is a very important to me and is LOVED by many, many other people. He went to Boost Mobile on 512 yesterday to purchase a phone after much reseach for what he could afford and the best deal with his paycheck of $204. The clerk required $186 for a new phone and a plan. No problem. He handed over the money and my son was told that the his previous phone that he owned and I purchased had been stolen which I purchased and actually reported the phone stolen after it was stolen on a basketball court in West Palm Beach. The owner of the Boost store accused my child of theft and then proceeded to insult him, intimidate him, take his entire paycheck, DISRESPECTED him and and SCARED him and then ask him to leave the store penniless, I cried with my child who was sitting in a parking lot and via facetime felt completely helpless and I couldn't get to him to protect him but Corporal Richard could and did...... Thank God for this man. This day, this month and the rest of this year, Corporal Richard is my hero! He was there and took care of my BOY!!!! The dispatch operater was fabulous as well. God bless her. The traffic is getting bad here because of the lack of visible units. Peoples dont obey speed limits and drive anyway they want. Please look into this. I know it's out of the ordinary for someone to want laws enforced but there are still alot of older people here that I don't want to see ran over or ran off the road because of others carelessness.

My life is being threatened and the Sebastian police are doing nothing about it. My family is aware of this and should something happen to me they will investigate and prosecute. I will contact the State police and see what happens. Will keep you updated.

Quite possibly the worst police force I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are violent for no reason. They lie about circumstances. Thy detain you without telling you why. Some of it is probably because Sebastian is basically Mayberry, and they do t have real crimes to investigate. When they arrested me I had 175 dollars on me. The next day they returned 6 dollars. They also beat me for no reason. I don't understand any of this. There is one pig named J. Morrales. I don't know if he works for Sebastian or for Indian river county, but he is a sadist. He enjoys causing pain. As soon as I told him that I had stenosis of the spinal column and several severely herniated discs, that's the area he chose to attack. I guess I was naive before, because my mom (who used to be a district attorney) told me that if I just cooperated and do what police told me to do, that all would be ok. I believed her. But these cops proved me (and her) wrong. I'm home now but I can barely move. I'm bleeding from at least 10 different places. I'm not saying you should go out and find this cop and hurt him. I'd never say that. Killing cops, even dirty ones, is wrong. Still, people like him tend to get what's coming to them one way or another. Especially since I also heard he beats his wife and steals money and drugs regularly (other cops told me this when they were apologizing for his behavior and for the fact that he was violating his own protocol). So I'm not saying anyone should go after him... but if it happened I wouldn't be surprised.

YOUR POLICE OFFICER COMMITTED A CRIME AND SHOULD BE CITED FOR FELONY ANIMAL CRUELTY. LEAVING DIESEL - A POLICE K9 - IN A HOT CAR TO DIE IS PRIMA FACIE ANIMAL CRUELTY.IT IS A CRIME TO KILL A DOG (OR PERSON) BY LOCKING THEM IN A HOT CAR WITH THE WINDOWS UP. THEY DIE OF HEAT EXHAUSTION. DUH, YOU STUPID IDIOTS. Anytime the temperature is over 75 degrees Fahrenheit it is TOO HOT to leave the windows up. SO WHY ISN'T YOUR OFFICER CITED WITH FELONY ANIMAL CRUELTY? EVERY PRIVATE CITIZEN WOULD BE CRIMINALLY CITED FOR DOING THIS.BECAUSE YOU ARE POLICE YOU THINK YOU ARE ABOVE THE LAW BUT YOU WANT RESPECT ANYHOW? IF YOU WANT RESPECT, THEN LIVE BY THE SAME RULES THAT YOU ENFORCE ON EVERYONE ELSE. AND DO WHAT IS RIGHT IN THAT POOR DEAD DOG'S HONOR. THAT POOR DOG DID NOT SIGN UP TO DIE IN THAT STUPID COP'S PATROL CAR. ONLY IN FLORIDA WOULD SUCH CRIMINAL INSANITY BE CONDONED. Oh, the police, they don't have to live by the same rules. They are special. They can kill anyone or anything with complete and utter immunity. Black teenagers who are straight A students at parties. Innocent German Shepherd K-9s in cars. Men with their hands up trying to surrender. Just keep killing innocent people and dogs and wonder why you are loathed.YOUR CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR AND UNEQUAL ENFORCEMENT OF THE RULES CAUSES PEOPLE TO JUSTIFIABLY DISRESPECT YOU AND ABSOLUTELY QUESTION YOUR INTELLIGENCE, YOUR MORALITY, AND YOUR AUTHORITY.
