This is the worst quest labs I’ve ever been to in my life after living in Florida for 30 years I got there at just after 7 o’clock as a walk-in put my name on the waitlist there was four people ahead of me on the waitlist at 11:30 there was still four people ahead of me. They hadn’t called anyone I actually went on and got a 1040 appointment the same day, they just took me at 11:25 for a 1030 appointment. I cannot believe how much delay and how bad these people are so unorganized. This is one of the worst businesses I’ve ever been to in my life.

This was the worst experience with Quest Labs. Three vials of blood took 50 minutes because the phlebotomist, Carmen, was incompetent both in paperwork and drawing blood. I had three sticks and had to call my doctor's office twice because of her and there was no reason for it. Disappointed! I had to miss my physical therapy appt because she took so long.

It pays to make an appointment, it was quick and painless, caretaker was friendly and kind very pleased I have to use them often and am always pleased

Convenient location. Usually quick for appointments, can be a long wait for walk ins. If you don't have an appointment and are not fasting, waits are usually shorter between 1:00 and 3:00.
