I work at this location, it's a very busy pharmacy and always get my prescriptions here. People complain about the wait times, but they all work really hard. You can pay online and pick it up in about 20 minutes if you don't want to wait around in the store or have to leave and comeback. Very professional staff and have never had an issue. Understand that, if someone there comes off as rude they're probably stressed from the workload and it's nothing to be taken personal. Nicest people I've ever met in any pharmacy.

I’m in utter shock, I’m going through one of the hardest times of my life, I lost my pregnancy and was prescribed a medication from my doctor to help pass everything, the pharmacist Tate refused to fill my medication which I’m in desperate need of, to deny me that right was just SICK.I called a different pharmacist at a Vero beach location she had the medication filled in 15 minutes no issues at all.TATE you’re in the wrong profession if you’re going to deny a woman medication when she’s going through a heartbreaking miscarriage.I hope you can learn to have some compassion for depressed mothers who lost their baby from miscarriage!

I really like this store a lot. The employees are swell. Everybody is so helpful. It's neat and clean. I like the deli, the meats, seafood... and especially the produce!It's a well-run outfit!

I went to pick up a birthday cake and four other items Publix 1035. When I went to the bakery to get the cake, the bakery clerk told me I needed to pick up the cake at customer service. I went and stood in line behind three other people at customer service with my cart and my daughter. The clerk at customer service asked a managerial person to come and assist since the line was backing up. The managerial person waited on one person. When I was next in line, the managerial person told Trudy the cashier that "we were all together" in regard to the gentleman in front of me. She left and I stood in line six more minutes. The regular cashiers were not waiting on people, and the store wasn't busy except for customer service. Trudy, the cashier was very helpful; the managerial person whose name I neglected to notice - not helpful at all, in fact, the opposite.

Publix employee in the ladies restroom was in stall, could see her apron on the floor, and the worse part was she left the stall (non handicap so no sink in it) and left the restroom right away without washing her hands.

Bad experience today at this Publix. No one would ever come at the hot food by the deli to buy a hot plate. Waited and waited for a very long time, so many working, but none come over to wait on customers, never could buy anything. This is a problem here a lot. They are not attentive or care about their customers, losing sales I guess they do not care. The other thing I do not like about Publix is them asking for us to donate to them for their causes. I already donate a lot of money, but the causes I want to, I do not like them asking or making people feel guilty to donate to them so they can donate to these causes, I do my own donations to St. Jude, Shriner's for Children, etc, please stop asking customers to donate to Publix for your causes, it is a little excessive of them to do this constantly. Put a sign up and if people want to do it, fine, stop selling yourself for donations you donate to others, not really the customers, we already donate and do not like this. They gave me a receipt to do a survey today, but then it would not let me do the survey and I wanted to, so will just do the review here. This publix has some issues. It is a convenient location, but the deli and hot food sections it is hard to order or get anyone to come to take your order, they are a problem here. Some of the young employees are not focuses or attentive or care. They almost never have onion rings at this Publix like other Publix. Publix used to be a good place where shopping really was a pleasure, they used to be well trained their employees, almost like the employees at The Breaker's, but now their employees are not well trained or seem to really care, a lot of issues and problems, they have really gone down in customer service and quality. They too often have a lot of pricing issues, prices higher than it says, they used to give it to you for free in the past, but now they do not seem to. They need to get better with their pricing. Publix is an expensive grocery store, they do have some good products, but their only deals are their bogo's, most else is too expensive, it is cheaper at Winn Dixie or Aldi, Neighborhood Market, or Bravo, Publix is expensive.

This is my amazing publix. I have three in the area and this store is the best one. Melissa Brandon and her employees are amazing. Everyone is always very helpful. I’m an instacart shopper and I’m here almost everyday. These gals and guys are awesome. We have an amazing friendship. They deserve to be recognized.John and the produce team are absolutely amazing. There is an absolutely beautiful entrance when you first walk in the door,no matter what holiday we are having. I want to thank everyone for all of their efforts. From Managers,customer service,cashiers,stocking. All of you deserve praise.? Joy.

It was raining like crazy when I left the store. A Publix employee named Chuck offered to walk me to my car with his umbrella. I didn’t want him to get wet. He then offered his umbrella to me. I returned it and Thanked him. I am sure this is not his first act of kindness. Thanks again Chuck?

I’ve been using this pharmacy for 12 years now. Each year it gets worse and worse. They’ve reached a level of complete incompetence and lack of basic comprehension and care for their customers. Literally a problem every single time I go there now. Staff lacks the ability to use basic common sense and courtesy in dealing with customers and it’s readily apparent that they truly could care less.

They tend to not refill when using automated system. When you do get a message that it's done, on several occasions I've gotten there and it's not.
