“I would highly recommend Wefix. I cracked the screen pretty badly on my iPad Air 4. I use my iPad in conjunction with my PC for digital graphics. Wefix was less expensive and faster than my insurance through AT&T offered.

“Went into the store to upgrade my phone. Nathan offered to help my mom and I right away. He was very respectful and helpful. He explained everything he was doing with my phone while setting it up. The only thing we couldn’t do was transfer my apps but that wasn’t his fault! Nathan tried everything before letting me know. He even suggested me updating my old phone and doing a back up and then coming back so he could help me again which was very nice. But again, my old phone was just not cooperating. I honestly don’t mind redownloading my apps so it’s okay!! My new phone is working perfectly. Let me just tell you too, Anthony is also very sweet and a hard worker. I saw him work with the person next to me and he was funny and very focused on what he was doing at the same time. Overall, very good store and amazing employees.”

She helped me through the entire process of switching all my information and apps to my new phone. She was so very patient. I honestly would not have been able to do what she did without her help. “Very happy I switched from consumer cellular a couple of weeks ago. Not only do I get better signal but i get live help at the local Cricket office. I make a couple trips to Cricket to get help from Maria, she is always kind and eager to help. This makes a big difference when dealing with people who care.”

“I arrived @ the Sebastian Verizon store & immediately when entering a friendly hello, how are you was how I was met. It only gets better.i was fortunate enough to have Jay as an advisor who only was concerned on what he could do to make my experience pleasant & productive & as price conscious as he could, What? Is this really happening? Sitting @ another desk was Tim. You would not believe this but before I knew it I had 2 gentleman doing everything in their power to make this experience wonderful. I can’t even begin to recall the last time I was treated with such poise, grace & sincere elegance. You are lucky if you experience this type of treatment anywhere nowadays. Thank you Tim & Jay.
