I make a couple trips to Cricket to get help from Maria, she is always kind and eager to help. This makes a big difference when dealing with people who care.”

1671 US-1, Sebastian“Went into the store to upgrade my phone. Nathan offered to help my mom and I right away. He was very respectful and helpful. He explained everything he was doing with my phone while setting it up. The only thing we couldn’t do was transfer my apps but that wasn’t his fault! Nathan tried everything before letting me know. He even suggested me updating my old phone and doing a back up and then coming back so he could help me again which was very nice. But again, my old phone was just not cooperating. I honestly don’t mind redownloading my apps so it’s okay!! My new phone is working perfectly. Let me just tell you too, Anthony is also very sweet and a hard worker. I saw him work with the person next to me and he was funny and very focused on what he was doing at the same time. Overall, very good store and amazing employees.”
