Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Frances. She was extremely helpful to me today at your Sebastian location on 512. She helped me through the entire process of switching all my information and apps to my new phone. She was so very patient. I honestly would not have been able to do what she did without her help. She definitely needs props for her knowledge and professionalism. Thank you again Frances! You were and are greatly appreciated!

These people rip you off. It's only at this store. The kids working there over charge you. And then rude when you call them out on it.

Stay away! Andre (self proclaimed manager) refused to provide a receipt, gave my wife conflicting amounts(read off his screen but refused to show actual amounts) and that was after 20 minutes of him claiming he couldn't look up amounts charged (from day prior when she bought replacement phone)...during that transaction, Andre told her the case (that HE picked out, NOT her) was free, after she said she didn't need a case, and charged her for it anyway. Was very rude in the end, and when I saw that it wasn't gojng anywhere, said ok what's the store number, I'll deal with corporate he crowed "good luck with that...we're a franchise"... the business practice itself is terrible but apparently they don't get that doing that to a senior citizen is potentially a criminal modifier? Complaint will be filed with FTC and AG Moody's Office. Some alleged supervisor said they'd have owner call me. Of course, they didn't. He'll probably wish he did.
