Excellent customer service! While planning my kitchen and family room remodel I went to 9 different places. I wanted a red oak type of flooring to match what's in the rest of the house (that flooring was no longer available to purchase). I was told by everyone except Julie that red oak is "out of style" and I should be installing what everyone else wants. No one offered to help me find the flooring I wanted. In some cases sales personnel tried to shame me into switching to one of the new neutrals (neutrals are here to stay, no one's going back to those old outdated styles). One guy told me I'd never be able to sell my house if I didn't get the new neutral (gray, gray/brown or beige) flooring. Never mind that I'm not interested in selling my house; I'm interested in enjoying it while I'm living here. Julie was the only sales person who didn't make me feel stupid, but instead seemed to understand how I felt. She spent a lot of time with me going over what they carried, explaining that they, too, had to stock what people are currently buying, but that I could look at the manufacturers' sites to see what was available that wasn't currently on the floor. She then ordered samples of the different flooring that I found online at those manufacturers' sites but I wasn't happy with any of those. Most importantly, she gave me a sample of the flooring that I ended up buying. It wasn't on display because it's a red oak color but it matches almost perfectly with my existing floors (I had a sample of my existing floor with me). When I say "almost" I mean 99.5% match. I don't think anyone but me will ever know it's not the same flooring. I am SOOOO happy I went to Jerry Smith Flooring. I was ready to pay a ton of money to re-floor the entire house and I didn't have to do that, thanks to Julie's excellent customer service. I highly recommend Jerry Smith Flooring & Design Center.

We bought a large wall-to-wall carpet. The sales people are very knowledgeable and attuned to our needs. The installers were terrific. A very good purchase at a good price

My husband Alan and I entered Jerry’s Flooring with the intention of looking for new flooring. We were met by Julie Farmer, who was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and ready to guide us through the process. She advised us about color, and we were able to also find new backsplash that worked perfectly with the new lighter floor. Julie also guided us through the decision to repaint the kitchen so that everything came together beautifully. Ameron Homes recently did a beautiful full home renovation for us and sent us to Jerry Smith Flooring for our floors and tile.We worked with Mickie at Jerry Smith Flooring who was knowledgeable, patient and helpful! They did our floors throughout as well as our bathrooms. We are very happy with their service as well as products and would highly recommend them for their tile work.

This was a top notch experience for us. We had to replace some older flooring which can be daunting. Mickie Williaman, who now is the owner, came to our home to personally get our estimate taken care of. Everyone at Jerry Smiths Flooring was so helpful and friendly. We found our perfect selection. From the ordering to the installation everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Mike was our installer tech. The installation job was impressive. Let me say if I could give them more stars i would. We love Mickie from Jerry Smith Flooring he was so easy to deal with . He explained everything with such a caring and personal touch. When i wanted to change things he was so accommodating. He is by far the best sales person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I know i have a flooring and tile person for life. I am so glad my builder introduced me to such a wonderful place. I know Mickie is truly a quality person fair and honest. Thank you so much for everything.

Very Efficent. We installed some hard wood flooring in 2 rooms. All went as planned an rooms look great. Definitely will go to Smith again for all flooring needs.
