Amazing staff, good turn around of items, fairly priced. It's easy to forget people have bad days, but most the lovely ladies here are volunteers. Treat them with respect and they give nothing but respect back. Mary and Angel are especially amazing but I've never had any issues with a single worker here. Ignore those reviews.

Large thrift shop staffed by super friendly volunteers. Great cause. Ample parking in its own lot. I appreciated the rack of "better brands" and the sales racks. Prices seem fair. Lots to see. Recommended!

The store is great, the selection is great, the cause is amazing. The prices, not so much. I understand supporting the animals, but not at the cost of robbing the community. They price things outrageously simply because of the brand name. It’s important to remember that not all people choose to shop thrift, they have to due to their financial circumstances. That being said, a pink Lily Pulitzer sweater should not cost $20+ at a thrift store, it should be priced as a PINK SWEATER and nothing else. Sure, the brand matters to some consumers who may resale the item, but as far as the thrift store pricing, the brand name should not be the focus. ??

This is not a good thrift store. The prices are outrageous. If I wanted to pay retail I would go to a retail store and buy the item used. Thrift stores get this stuff free and it is amazing that they think the prices they charge are ok. That is why this place has a lot of stuff!!!!

The staff on the donation part is very rude. I donated bags of new or almost new items, nicely packed and this lady shouted at me like a mad woman because I put a bag on the ground just for a second so I could grab the other bags. She was nasty, presumptuous, and yelled at me, totally disregarding the good gesture. There're plenty of other places to donate to where people are polite and appreciative.

I shop here regularly and have noticed very nice changes happening there last few times I've visited. They have changed and regrouped merchandise in a much better way. There is also a big improvement to the displays. The effort and creativity is apparent. The new changes make shopping there even nicer...and as always, the staff are so nice and helpful.

We shop at the small HS on CR512 in Sebastian and we have found some good buys. They recommended checking out the larger store in Vero on 20th. Just perusing a few items I couldn't believe they were Thrift store prices. They wanted $18 for a used mens shirt of mediocre quality. $20 for worn sneakers, etc. Both my wife and I combed the aisles from different directions and met in the middle within 5 minutes and had reached the same conclusion. We were priced out of the store and purchased nothing, reminds me of how Goodwill jacked up prices and we will not be returning.

I regularly shop and donate itemsto this location. the last two visits, December and today, have been disappointing at best. In December i dropped off several items - both donation i in take personnel were extremely rude - they barked out contradictory orders to those of us donating items... Put items here no they go there... No, thank you just grunts! Today same thing - 1/10/23 at 12:15pm / the dark long haired woman was totally put out that myself and one other donator had the thoughtfulness to donate items! encountering such a hateful rude person is hardly what you expect at a donation center. its all about the animals the donations support. She even went as far as suggesting we take our items elsewhere as she had too many donations today! Seriously, not someone who needs to be working at this center!

I been several times to this thrift store. They are kind , helpful and considerate. They have gone up on some of their prices , but I guess every one has. It does make it difficult on people who really need it. Otherwise, you couldn't ask for better service or selections.
