Had went in previously to show my curly long hair. Said can cut. Asked for curtain bangs. Cut bangs so short inch half!! Then cut a blunt straight layer. Mushroom head. Called to at least blend. They refused saying to much tension?? My hairs messed up? The woman at desk beyond rude. Trust me. Do not go there. If you cannot cut long layers? Cut six inches? Blunt layer bowl cut as we call it. Be very careful. Amber. Michrlle as i hear is good. Thought she honor and fix. See if they refund?? Stuck with horrible cut.

I’ve been coming to headlines for a little over a year and Kim bowman is the best hair stylist in Florida she always knows what to do with my hair and is just the best and she is so sweet !!! Highly recommend headlines

Everyone at Headlines is awesome, wonderful, and most of all up to date on all of the new styles and trends in color. Tricia is the best stylist I have had ever. She is honest and pretty darn sassy as well. Bobbie the appointment setter is on point and friendly. Michelle is another amazing stylist at this salon. I was a last minute walk in this morning and Michelle cut my bangs for me.My bangs were atrocious from previous cuts elsewhere but Michelle created beautiful art. When I made my appointment I thought it was going to be the right place for me to get a haircut. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist who was very nice. Taylor, who was supposed to cut my hair had just started taking care of someone else. I sat at her station for 25 mins. I never received an apology, I had a scheduled appt for 2:15 and I was not late. After cutting my hair I gave her a tip, she was cleaning the sink and had wet hands, she could have just said please leave it at my station instead of saying she had wet hands and acting disgusted. Then I went up to the front counter and stood there waiting to pay, there were four women sitting in the reception area focused on a tablet, totally ignoring me, I am sure one of them was supposed to take my payment. After I looked at Taylor she came up and took my payment. I felt like I was invisible. This was my first time there. I will not be going back.

Michelle is a Wonderful hairdresser However I was very disappointed when the Owner canceled my appointment due to some kind of complaint that I have No idea whatsoever?! & when I asked what it was?! No Explanation!

I am new to the area and decided to go to Headlines for my first haircut.I was very impressed with everything at Headlines.The receptionist was very friendly & my stylist was fabulous.Tricia did everything I asked for & more. Great job.Highly recommend Headlines.

I was so pleased with this salon today! It is extremely clean snd well organized! The owner at the desk is kind and effective. Michelle who I went to on a friends did e everything to please me! She was cordial, funny and very understanding! I have found my new haven!
