Eclectic shop with more than you'd expect could fit in a small place. Easy to shop, when I went, all clothes were $2. No dressing room is a negative, but I was able to try things on under/over what I was wearing, and there is a full length mirror. I love H.A.L.O ❤️

I came here to donate A LOT of dog kennels, dog wheel chairs, dog items and so on, about $1,500 worth of items, driving 1.5 hours to get here and the lady who was working at the counter was rude to me as soon as I walked in, the look she gave me and then her tone of voice towards me pissed me off, my father in law walked in behind me and then my wife came in and another girl on the donation side was asking what we had and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times that we have pet stuff to donate. I have been to Halo many times in the past at the location north of there and never had any issue but ill never go back to this thrift shop location with those 2 mask wearing idiots and their sorry attitude problems. I donated all my items to the IRC Humane society and they appreciated it very much and were very thankful unlike these 2 ladies at Halo. ?

Went to donate kennels and a dog wheel chair etc.( not human items) to HALO and we didn't know if we could drop them there or we had to take them to other facility (we have donated kennels in the past but we haven't lived there in a few years didn't know if location changed for donations). My husband went inside to find out and they judged him as soon as he walked in the door by the way he looked treated him horribly and even made a rude comment . It took me coming inside for them to even listen to what we were trying to do. That is when they finally told us to go to the other facility by the Walmart. But when he told me what they did I refused to donate to them and found another facility that were kind and even sympathetic to the fact we just lost 2 dogs bestfriends 5 months apart . My husband and I drove over an hour from our home just to donate to HALO because they are a no kill shelter but I will NEVER donate here again. You can thank those 2 ladies working on 08/15/2023.

The most friendliest and nicest staff and/or volunteers in town. Loved my Wednesday visits to shop and chat with the girls.Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for management. Unacceptable how rude she communicates to staff and customers (myself). It’s not what you say. It’s how you say it.I will not be returning

Tiny, cramped and uncomfortable, as HALO adoption center is too. Both places need to get to larger buildings and leave the old ones behind.

This store does not take online payments or wired payments of any kind. We have posted items on Facebook Marketplace but list in the description that all items are first paid, first served and there are no holds. It is impossible to respond to hundreds of responses to items we post. We use Marketplace for advertising items and direct interested buyers to call our store during business hours with any questions or come by during business hours and IF they chose to pay for an item sight unseen in order to ensure it is guaranteed to them, then their only option is to call us and give us a credit card over the phone. After paid, they have 48 hours to pick up item. These two reviews about us receiving wired money or promises that were not honored are completely false. I am extremely clear on the store's policies both in person and on thr phone as well as Marketplace.

I wanted to drop donations off and emailed them only 2 days before to confirm that they would accept the items I had but when I got there (30 min drive from my house) they were closed to donations. It would have been nice if they'd told me that before I bothered to pack everything up and drive there on a rare day off.

Great little thrift shop with lots of pet items, dishes and cookware, clothing, a kids section, lots of pictures frames, and eclectic, high quality items. And the best part... Drum roll please... It's all to support H.A.L.O.'s no-kill shelter in Sebastian, Florida. Everything is very reasonably priced and the employees are just as sweet as they can be.
