Always great place for a haircut. Everyone is alway pleasant and outgoing. It’s great to be able to go into any service retail establishment where people are happy. Reading some reviews I think some customers just have to complain. Regarding the quality of the cutting, yes sometimes it’s too short but you know some it grows back. Next time people need to speak up and let the tech know exactly what you are looking for. I travel 20 mins to this location as I do find it is the best in the area, coming here for 5 years. Great job Great Clips!

Went to get my haircut today ~ Harriet did an amazing job on my hair. My hair can be difficult because it is very wavy. She knew exactly what to do. It is truly the best haircut I have ever had. I will definitely be visiting this hair salon and Harriet again.

“I visited the Great Clips in Sebastian, FL, for a haircut and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. The barber did not follow my instructions, and the result was far from what I wanted. The cut felt rushed, uneven, and lacked attention to detail. I left feeling disappointed, as this isn’t the quality I expected from a reputable salon. I would appreciate it if more care was taken with future clients to ensure they leave satisfied.”

Worst hair salon in the area. Inconsistent cuts, employees, staff sits in the back and doesn’t help customers, answer phones or anything. 4 times in the last month I’ve checked in with mobile, sat inside to not be helped or spoken to until 20 minutes after I’ve been there they “check” me in as in the store. What’s the point of the app or features if the staff doesn’t use them. Stop wasting customers time!

Minus 5 Stars! I was waiting for a cut and had to listen to the stylist loudly commenting on a young girls hair. It was going to take her a lot of extra time and cost more because it was Really, Really Bad. (It was matted and unkempt, but isn't this her job??)
She mentioned this Really Bad hair numerous times.This child was probably only 8 years old. I was embarrassed, angered and upset by the calusness and rudeness. This is something that should be discussed with the parent, not for the entire salon to hear. She is just a little girl with feelings for goodness sake. I walked out, but decided to go back in and let them know how rude they were and how upsetting it was to hear. Never again!!
