    Closed 10 minutes early, upped the membership fee, lowered the benefits, complained about being open till 8, sell broken stuff, changed the policy so you can't return broken stuff, lost any goodwill we had

    Used to frequent this Goodwill when I lived in the area. Always well kept, clean, and stocked. I was shocked when I returned while visiting family. The place was sparse - hardly anything out on the floor. Not to mention, it was downright filthy inside. Horrendous what's happened to the place.

    Filthy, disgusting store! You guys ever think of cleaning/polishing the floors?? And the bathrooms, omg! Would you keep yours like that at home, AND use it...ugghhh
