Today I was at the dollar tree in Sebastián, I was standing in line, when a man and his wife was in the line in front of me, the man was saying that people were jumping the line ahead of him and wife, (that wasn't happening,)then the cashier came from out of the back, had no idea what was going on, but seem to know who was standing in what order in the line, took the women that was in front of me and the woman behind me, but then cashier apologized to me for starting a argument with the man, I told her I didn't start a argument, I just told him I didn't jump the line, maybe if the cashier was doing her job, instead of in begin in the back of the store, she would have known what was going on, but that what happened when you don't do your job right, hope the rude man and his wife enjoy the balloon today, this store needs to get better help...asap

The manager started mopping one of the isles while there were at least 25 to 30 people walking through.when a elderlywoman almost fell, she complained to the manager, and she continued to yell at the elderly woman and when my friend backed the woman up the manager started yelling at him also. There's only always 1 cashier at all times even though there's 5 employees stocking the shelves, yet they are still always empty. They sold several items to me and my family food that was passed expiration date. In the picture, there was a whole product that was recalled.

The Dollar Tree, now the Dollar Twenty-five Tree, is a family favorite. My wife buys all of our holiday items there, and all of the special occasion necessities, like dishes, forks, glasses etc. The prices help us save money on those items we need for one and done. So we will continue to shop at Dollar Tree for all of our party needs and holiday decor, and so should you.

Went in today and the line to checkout was all the way to the back of the store. There was only one cashier, working one person, stocking and two women, giggling and talking in the back office. A lady in line behind me Decided decided to go up and knock on the door and ask if one of them could come out and help because the lion was getting very long and customers were starting to get upset. She opened the door and said I’m doing paperwork I’ll be out when I’m done blah blah blah, and then came out after the guy at the register finally called up for back up and then continue to give him and the customers an attitude that she had paperwork. I’m sorry, but it does not take two people to do paperwork, nor does paperwork involve giggling and chitchatting about non-work related things. if you’re the manager, you shouldn’t be waiting until your employees are absolutely swamped to then go and help them and also be somewhat rude about it it was very uncalled for. Higher more staff or pay more attention.

The manager at this location needs to go! She is very unprofessional and treats customers terribly. I go to this dollar tree often and this isn't the first time I've seen her treat people horribly!

Not just a dollar anymore. Isles crowded with unpacked stock. Lines are very long. I did get lucky and found a parking spot.

Sometimes I go to DT to get goodiescandles paper products greeting cards holiday decorations I love coming home with all my stuff. The staff at my DT are so nice..one problem was an employee complaining about another employee to I believe her supervisor...bad taste. Maybe she thought she was making 'points'. Always only one register open regardless of time of day. Cashiers are usually friendly, when they call for assistance there always seems to be an attitude given. Store is clean and organized, however management seems to be lacking.
