Awful experience. 1st picked a phone no info from the sales guy he just picked one. Went from a $50 phone with what we though was a basic line and came to $200. Paid. He couldn't turn on phone. Got a charger waited for about 20 minutes with 3 other people waiting. He sat on the floor with the phone. Couldn't get it to charge. Waited longer. Got another charger. Let him know we needed to go soon we would just back out. He said no we couldn't only the case (which was apparently a $50 item he put on the bill without asking hence the $200). Then said oh I'm new and I can't get a manager. So we waited for customer service for 10 minutes only to be hung up on after they said they would talk to the store. Then went back in said its working and now we have a phone that isn't even activated he just apparently got it to 3% battery. Will definitely tell all my friends. Cricket I fairly new here thought we would give them a try but apparently they want to rob you. Oh and then he told me he's not a thief and managed a cricket for 3 years, after telling me he couldn't help fix the issue cause he was new. So frustrating and expensive for nonothing.

Very happy I switched from consumer cellular a couple of weeks ago. Not only do I get better signal but i get live help at the local Cricket office. I make a couple trips to Cricket to get help from Maria, she is always kind and eager to help. This makes a big difference when dealing with people who care.

I came into this store on a phone emergency. my Verizon was no longer coming on. I got with Tom and Maria and what a fantastic Job they did. They gave me the best customer care. As I explained all of my situation, came up with a great plan for me. The phone they informed me about is SO AMAZING! The battery life is second to none. I was able to keep my old number and all my contacts. The GPS and signal are incredible on this phone. These guys are truly here to help and are very kind and courteous. They done more for me then any other cell phone store. And the price and deal I got on the Motorola g7 Supra was incredible!! These guys rock! Go to them they got you trust me!

We like the price and the service but had a small problem that was unfortunate. We brought in 4 phones, two old ones and two brand new ones. When Maria was writing the phone numbers for each phone, she wrote on a sticky note paper directly on the screen, leaving a mark on the protector of the two new phones. Not on the old ones, just the new ones. We ordered new screen protectors, but still, my kids were upset. A silly mistake but otherwise a good deal and service. This really was careless and should not have happened, but what's done is done.
