I had a crap experience. One of my center caps are missing and I have a “!” light on my dash after just going to get 4 tires mounted. Spent $154 and the mechanic must of been sweatier then hell cuz the back of my seat was so wet ,there’s cameras in my drive way , you can CLEARLY see my center caps on each tire. Mechanic wrote a note saying “one center cap missing”the guy on the phone said after calling him letting him know my center cap was missing… just sucking it up n ordering 4 brand new ones but I don’t know just never going here again. This was my second time , my first time was not bad at all I sat & waited maybe 40 minutes,getting tires mounted as well, but this time I left and waited at home. So maybe I should have just stayed and kept my eye on everything although… I shouldn’t have to do that..but Over all 0 outta 10.

Went in for an oil change. My car was having issues starting so I asked for them to check the battery. In fact I asked 3 times and was told the battery was fine. It wasn’t! In less than two weeks I had to replace the battery. It was the original battery and 60k miles. I was out of town and the gentleman at the place I took it took 2 minutes to check the battery which came back replace immediately. I don’t feel that your guys actually checked the battery. If they had it would not have been “fine”.

Late yesterday, noticed there was a piece of metal in my right rear tire. So, drive it into St Lucie Battery & Tire in Sebastian, as they were closing.
They looked at my tire and told me that I could leave my car and they would repair first thing in the morning. They called me early the next day , that they removed the metal and patched the tire for $28. I was very pleased with
with their service & customer service.
I have used them in the past and always pleased with their service.
I recommend them to people in my community since they give good service, reasonable prices, great customer service & very convenient location.
