As someone who visits our Satellite Beach USPS almost every day I think our Clerks are awesome. They are always very friendly and extremely professional. Our Mail Carriers are also great. They are essential members of our SB community and they should be treated with dignity and respect.

The ABSOLUTE worst post office in the US. Their mail carrier was stealing anything marked AMEX or any packages of considerable weight would say delivered and I never got them. They'd also always leave notes saying nobody home WHEN THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE HOME. When I filed a complaint, THEY SENT THE CULPRIT TO INVESTIGATE!!!!! I hope this place gets new management. I'm forwarding my mail a half hour away from my home so I don't have to deal with these people. It's that bad.

The most incompetent and nasty group of lying individuals I have ever come across. It’s taken over one month now for them to deliver my mail and every time I get a new excuse, they even admitted the carrier arbitrarily decided she wasn’t going to deliver my mail because she didn’t believe me that I lived there. The manager is impotent when it comes to resolution or management or honesty. This place is the worst

Jennifer who helped me today was by far the most professional friendly worker this location has had in awhile. I came in about 11am she was extremely polite, friendly and efficient. Please acknowledge her great customer service!

I live on Bay Drive East and we used to have a mail delivery person that would deliver our mail by 5:00 or 6:00 every day. She was a wonderful delivery person. Some supervisor wanted to take that street from her and now it is 7:40 at night and I still don't have my mail, this is ridiculous.

Miriam the USPS Clark I had the pleasure of dealing with was extremely kind and knowledgeable and had a wonderful attitude USPS is lucky to have her on their team!
