“I've have great experiences at this post office. Last time I was there the lines were about 5 people deep, not too terrible, but the team there was working quickly to get the wait down and being efficient in helping people. And they were also apologizing for the wait, which really wasn't too bad. I've been helped by Terrance there a number of times and he's totally outstanding. The woman who helped me last time was also great, can't recall her name.”

“They've always been courteous and professional. I did show up once during their lunch break, when they close. That was my fault, not theirs. I noted their hours for future reference and now plan my visit accordingly. This is a very small town post office with a very small staff. That means they have to close so they can take their own lunch breaks. I appreciate their efficiency in getting everyone served.”

“Very convenient to use the self-service kiosk. Even after the working hours. The foyer is open, so you can drop off your prepaid package at any time and get a receipt with the tracking number on it as well. No line, no wasted time, no problem.”
“The employee whose name I think is Juanita?(I couldn't read her full name tag) was super helpful. Honestly, the friendliest postal office worker I've ever come across. She was so patient and took the time to help me with my package. Please give her a raise, or buy her a nice lunch, or something. 10/10”
“I ordered a first Christmas tree ornament last November. It never arrived. Today, Feb 28th, I received an email from the West Melbourne Post Office to let me know my package with the ornament was there (it had been shipped to my old address in West Melbourne), they would hold it until Saturday before it would be discarded. I rushed to pick it up and, although I was told that they don't typically email about undeliverable mail, I had the email from Chantel, who told me they would typically dispose of undeliverable mail, but she opened it and saw it was a baby's first Christmas ornament with engraving. She found my email address on the receipt and emailed me. How unbelievably kind and I can't thank her enough for going out of her way to help!”
“Hours are narrow, but that is to be expected as I don't think there are any people who work here who are paid to be customer-facing, this is a distribution center. However, every time I have gone in for help, they have been very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Alberto. Since they all work doing the distribution and delivery themselves, they know how everything works and can help you figure out what issues you are having.”
“I've visited this post office location serval times over the past 3 years. I've been impressed with the professionalism of the staff, helpfulness and efficiency. Even though I drive farther than the local location, it is always worth the extra drive for the service and professional environment.”
