Wow, what a horrible attitude… this is where we’re supposed to drop of donations right? Hard to tell with the under the breath “Jesus!”and rude tone. So sorry to have interrupted the lovely employee… won’t happen again.

Don't go here, go to other donation places around town. I thought I would try to donate again because it's convenient for me. As I drove up, the young man snarled because I interrupted his smoke break. I pulled my bags out and tried to be nice. He didn't even ask if I wanted a receipt. No words, just a nasty look on his face.

They were polite as they helped me unload stuff from my car to drop off. Very easy process - kinda like a drive through

The attendants were busy helping a lady with a lot of goods to donate. I had 2 bags, so got out of my car and walked them to the door. A guy came out, I said “hi”, he grabbed my bags from me and said “next time wait in line”, then walked away from me. Not a way to speak to someone regardless if I was in the wrong or not.

I donate to this location and it's really easy to do because of the drive-through.

I go here when I am desperate and do not want to drive the extra mile(s) to donate. BUT, most of the time I will, and I take my contributions over to Comprehensive Health Care off of North Harbour City Blvd (US1) just a hair north of Eau Gallie/US1 intersection on the east side. They actually give your donations away for free to families in need. They are angels among us. Every time I go down to this drop off for Goodwill, they are mouthy as in language and I greet them with "Hello how's your day going?" and sometimes I get a short response and sometimes silence, AND sometimes grumbling under their breath. One lady, older than 55 ish, told me "This is just garbage" I'm like WHAT? See Im over the snide remarks, if you're so miserable go somewhere else for goodness' sake. If you can donate to a church or someplace else, avoid this one donation place.

My mom was moving out of satellite Beach and we wanted to donate some Crystal pieces that she had to Goodwill. We brought them to the Goodwill location in satellite Beach. We were greeted by a woman that came out with a scowl on her face and we clearly felt like we were disturbing her. She proceeded to tell me that she doesn't want any crystal and if I left it here that she would destroy it. I have dealt with Goodwill my whole life. I have never ever ever had an experience like this at goodwill. After talking to several of my family members, I realized they all had the same exact experience with this woman. There are other great charities we all could donate to. Don't donate to Goodwill!

I've read horror stories about how rude people can be here but have not seen it once after 3 visits to drop stuff off. Super efficient IMO in the way U pull up & they come out to get UR donations....

Great place to help your community This is a stand-alone building located on the West side of A1A just south of Satellite Beach High School. Goodwill was started in Boston in 1902 by a methodist minister. It has grown to 165 independent goodwill organizations and 3200 stores. This is one of those stores. It is not one of the main stores where they accept donations and put it out for people to purchase. It is just a place to drop off donations. It is easy to access and has an easy drop-off door on the south side of the building. The staff will often come out with a cart to make it easy to donate without carrying them into the building. This is just a drop-off point for items. They will not accept all items like mattresses, pillows, large or bulky items, or other items. Please check their website before you bring items as you may be going home with them. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we dropped off our items. They offered a receipt for the donation and helped pull the items into the store. Overall, this is a good place to donate items to help others in your community.

Went to drop off multiple items. Drove quite a distance and was greeted by an unsmiling rude and nasty employee. Refused to take items because they were closing. Will never go there again.
