What a moron I is. Booked a covid and shingles appt but I went to the wrong CVS which was 4 mins away. The pharmacist Giovanni was forgiving, courteous, kind, humble and above all, very knowledgeable about the current state of affairs regarding covid.

One can no longer dial the store/pharmacy and speak directly to a human. The call gets send to voicemail. I have switched my prescriptions to Publix. Publix offers great human interaction.

I was scheduled for a COVID vaccine. I received a call from habid (pharmacy tech?) who stated I did not need the vaccine and he was cancelling my appointment. He was adamant about cancelling the appointment despite the fact I told him I am a physician. He was not following cvs policy or cdc recommendations .He told me I need to be careful about those vaccines.I think he needs to be careful about digging through the appointment list trying to find any way to cancel vaccine appointments. CVS should either give vaccines or not.I got my vaccine at Publix. The experience at Publix was fantastic

The ladies are great and I’m guessing they’re understaffed for the amount of volume they get (lots of seniors in this area). That being said, if you can avoid this location, do so by all means. And now with calls going directly to voicemail I have to drive there to talk to someone because no one calls you back the same business day. I mean this is medication we’re talking about! Separately the pharmacist or one of them has zero discretion. I was in line behind 5 people and knew every medication they were picking up. He may as well of said it over the intercom.

They just implemented a voice mail system at the pharmacy, so no more talking to the pharmacy staff. This is a systemic failure of CVS.

Has to be the most collectively inept pharmacy I have ever come across. Repeated attempts to call over a prescription from another pharmacy vaporized in the ether, while removing it from previous pharmacy. Its not surprising considering the corporate decision making as well.
