Beachside Storage is a wonderful place to store your STUFF. The place is clean and bright and the staff really make you feel welcome and are ready to help anytime! I am happy i chose to rent a storage unit here!

Renting a storage facility is never fun but I really enjoyed the staff and the service here.
The unit was clean and well maintained. It’s a shame that people rent climate controlled units and just sit on them.
Great experience and I am glad I used them.

Beware! I was employed for 2 days shy of 3 months..2 Women were fired in my first 2 weeks..I was new..I didn't get it...I thought Wow that's not good lol. The young lady asked the Owner for a raise to Manage Beachside and they Fired her I was told the Owners didnt like that..Out of State Owners who have no clue what is really happening there. Business Owners renting there told me my second day not to get too comfortable as the Owners in New Jersery fire people for no reason. Once again not concerned I was qualified for the position was looking forward to learning a new business and I do my job as not to get fired ? Here we are 2 days shy of my 3 months and I was let go. I was told by the "Only long term employee "Manager" last week my benefits should be kicking in next week and things were going great".. Anytime I had a question I would ask to cover myself.Wow I have never been fired in my entire working career of over 40 years..The last few comments on this website included me. I provided excellent customer service, no problem learning the Computer Program, was Professional and Polite when dealing with upset customers...Obviously these Owners could care less about their employees and like to hire and fire people at the drop of a hat. I had no communication with anyone not even a phone call if I did do something wrong which honestly that is why I'm writing this... That is just not how you treat people who you hire to work for you. You should have a open line of communication with all employees and be willing to listen or ask questions without the fear of retallitation. Beware if your called for a interview I think everyone local should be aware of their unethical FIRING practices. Who wants to work for Self Centered Out of State people. They have serious issues with their Maintenance Man not bathing and constantly approaching you about Politics and Religion... for hours at a time baiting you to talk about subjects that are best not discussed at work. I was uncomfortable on several occasions when the Maintenance guy comes to hang out in the office with me during his off time. It's odd and creepy and I notified my direct supervisor who laughed it off and said he's protected nothing will ever happen to him..The Maintenance guy claims he will never be Fired and is allowed to Creep around during all hours of the night ..sleeping and eating there. The Maintenance man is basically running the place while digging through the trash Hoarding and living there promising clients favors the Office Staff is unaware of and when I didnt have the ability to help this client I was left with the job of explaining to her I didnt have a truck to move her nor did I think that was a service we offered..I am 58 years old and drive a Civic? She had 11 bags of trash and a dresser. Well The Maintenance guy like i said offers all kinds of favors. It was all a very interesting adventure for sure and anyone searching for a job should know what they are in for when working at Beachside Storage & "Drama Park" I mean Business Park lol. No Structure, No Human Resources what so ever kinda throw you in there and let you solve issues that have been there long before you...If you accept a offer be ready for what it comes with Chaos it's all about the $$$$$ and I guess Power for the Owners..Zero Respect. I have lived in this area over 40 years and it really is a small town word travels fast about shady people..I go to a Big Church in West Melbourne and have history with lots of people from the Sherriff's Office and PAFB ..Free Speech Rocks
