Donna is AMAZING!!! We researched & shopped lenders. Go NO further if you want to close on time, actually we closed 4 days early!!! And she saved us HUNDREDS of dollars by locking our rate in at the perfect time! And then, finagled an even lower rate with some leftover funds we had to work with. A full 2 percentage points!!! She is AMAZING!!! Phenomenal. If I had another property to purchase I would ? go through Ameribest Mortgage! She answers all our questions in real time. Was super accessible & personable. Always professional. She made home buying enjoyable. We were 100% financed through a VA Loan & we had ease of process the entire process. Thank

Donna Paternoster was my broker.
She was professional, responsive, and made herself available for every question I had.
Purchasing a home is stressful and adding to that, was the financial commitment which brings on equal stress. She was reassuring and confident that her company would be able to handle my needs during this process.

House purchase is complete and I would do it all over again along side Donna!

I found Carrie through a search on Yelp and I am so glad I did! Not only was she able to close on our property within 3 weeks but she didn’t have excess fees that another mortgage broker we were going to use had. She was on top of the loan process like white on rice and was constantly giving us updates on the status of our loan and the closing. We had some complications on our end but they found a way to make the closing happen on the date we needed. I would definitely use Carrie again and even my realtor said he would definitely refer her in the future to his clients. Very professional and highly recommend!

Really disappointed with my experience. I was told when I filled out the mortgage application it would be a soft credit check and we could discuss my options in loans and responsible expectations for what I could afford. However, that did not happen and this company did a hard credit check because my realtor told them I was ready to make an offer on a home.. which I was not.
Really upsetting and has deterred me from working with this company or purchasing a home in the near term as I would prefer to take my time and not jeopardize my credit worthiness.

Scott and his team have been fantastic to work with. I woud not hesitate to recommend AmeriBest to any of my friends or family due to the level of professionalism and service. Scott seriously makes you feel like family and takes the proper time to explain every detail so you don't feel left out of the process.
