Today my dog Lexi had a wonderful experience! She has anxiety when visiting the vet and Mark, a technician, took the time to get to know her and make a connection. This put her at ease. He stayed and continued to pet and hold her while, Dr. Erica did her full exam and all of the annual vaccines. Jess also helped with the exam and clipped Lexi's nails. She was quick and gentle. They worked so well together and took the time to do everything they could to make Lexi's experience as stress-free as possible.

Mark, a technician, was so wonderful for a very stressed dog. My dog is so stressed when going to the office, Mark calmed her down and made a connection with her. Jess also came in with a calmness which made it possible to clip her nails. She was quick and gentle. Dr. Erica was able to give all her shots, checked out her whole body, while Mark was sweet talking my stressed dog! What a team!!!

Referred by primary vet for muscle loss in my dogs head. Dr. Peppin performed a physical exam and stated her heartbeat was difficult to detect and proceeded with a chest xray. A large mass was discovered in her chest. He then recommended over 4k worth of tests. Of course I agreed to them, thinking that they were necessary so Dr Peppin could provide tx to help my baby. I didn't know and wasn't told that they wouldn't do us any good because all he did was refer us to a surgeon who would then have to perform some of the same, very expensive, tests again in order to determine how and if, surgery would even be the best option for her. Had I known that Dr Peppin wouldn't perform any treatment for her (never even wanted to complete a follow up visit to explain all the test results (which we didnt even receive a complete set of), I never would have approved of all those tests. He should have told me straight away after the mass was discovered on the chest xray. I feel now that he just took advantage of my fear of losing my beloved dog and ordered all those tests for just for a source of income and not because he was actually going to help my girl, which he did not! Pet parents, please be aware of what you're really agreeing to and where it might lead before you allow multiple, expensive tests. I am so angry and sad about this experience. I would never recommend this place, especially, Dr Peppin, to anyone.

Great vet care for our sick pup. Everyone was very helpful, thorough and compassionate.

No appts available for 2 weeks. Used to take my dogs there all the time. Unfortunately it became more about money than pet care as they wanted to put my 14 year old Schnauzer under sedation for teeth cleaning. Really?

They were thorough with our emergency visit. However, no one called to check on my dog. We brought her in extremely lethargic with vomiting and bloody diarrhea. We ran a ton of tests and $500 later we were advised to treat her at home with medication. It seems they only care about the money though. They never checked in once after that. If they cared about her wellbeing, they would have had a follow up call at least.

Treatment of employees is appalling. Facility makes staff cover thier own shifts even for family bereavement or emergencies. Treats employees very poor and at times threatening. Do not recommend working here

Aloha continues to be the absolute best in taking care of my pets. My dog got hit by a car in the neighborhood (I live in a dead end street) when he got loose opening the door for company. They took the best care of him. They are kind and compassionate and are extremely informative of what they are doing and what it will cost. I would trust my pets to anyone else.

Kelly,That was highly unprofessional. I've given 2 years of my time at the clinic and have benefitted Aloha in picking up shifts, staying past 12 hours, and training. My belongings are none of your concern so please don't touch them since you threatened me with the police.

All the staff are kind and compassionate. They love animals and it shows. With weekend and extended hours it makes it convenient to take care of our pets.

Very disappointed in the billing practices of this clinic, had to bring 2 cats in overnight for observation and was charged for 2 nights because it starts new day at midnight? Hotels should try this and get you for 2 nights not one, also charged 900 over pre approved estimate

Stay away from this place, they are deceptive and are only worried about money, they do not care about your best interest or your animal. Was told my animals could be in life threatening condition unless treated and in the morning tell me none of it was necessary. They will double charge for overnight stays regardless what time you pick your animal up. 0/10 you are better off at any other animal hospital for urgent care.

Can be pricy but the only place we will go when we have an emergency for our pets.
