Short review: top notch veterinarian establishment. Got me in the same day on multiple occasions, which is largely unheard of.
Long review: Just moved back into town recently and I've gotta say, Aloha is top-notch. I live 30 minutes away in Palm Bay and I will deliberately make the drive.
I have a 15-year-old kitty with beginning signs of kidney disease and needs her anal glands manually cleaned every 3-6 months. Today I called to schedule appointment to see what I can do because I'm leaving tomorrow for a retreat and wouldn't be back for a couple of days. Crystal at reception got me in if I could arrive within the next couple of hours of our phone call. When I arrived I was only there for less than 15 minutes. The fact that I was in-and-out is also very rare and is something I value and appreciate, especially at the vet. Because no one wants to spend their whole day in the waiting room.
Kiki also has flea allergies, and this is the first vet I've ever taken to who suggested Benadryl and gave Benadryl shots. Oh that's I have previously been to only have offered allergy shots which barely work half the time, well not working the other half at all. And to my surprise Benadryl did work for her, just takes a lot longer to kick in.
We're still new patients here, and so far I've gotta say I'm very pleased with how this business operates and the knowledge of their veterinarians. I've learned more in my two appointments than I have at other vets that I've been to in Orlando.

A little over 2 weeks ago I brought in my German Shepherd named Lola in. She was in very bad shape. Not eating, drinking and very lethargic. She was barely walking and I had no idea as to what was wrong. I arrived about 10pm so after hours. I cannot say enough about Dr. Mcgaughlin and the staff @ Aloha! They were terrific. She was admitted right away. Dr McLaughlin walked me through what could be the issue. His 1st instinct was right that Lola had Addison disease where her adrenal glands don’t work anymore and her kidneys were shutting down. The whole staff erred lovely and told me I could call & visit anytime. I called later that night and the staff gave me a play by play about her. The Dr the following morning for the life off me I cannot remember the Drs name but she spent as Long AS I NEEDED ON THE PHONE to update me. She was lovely too! Lola spent 2 night there and by the time she went home is was almost the old Lola! I cannot express my gratitude enough to the entire staff at Aloha.. the drs, nurses and especially the ones who spent the nights with her. They answered my every call and were not only extremely courteous but I truly felt that they cared so very much for my dog. Lola is not just my dog but she is family! Thank you again so so very much- for really saving my dogs life— Finn

We were in a jam when our cat stopped eating and pooping and it was Friday night and no one had any appts available
We came here as they take emergency walk ins.
We were floored by the professionalism, the service and the care.
The place is spotless clean and beautiful. The staff is amazing and attentive. They took us right away and put us into a room.
Dr Archer was amazing and caring. And she walked us through each and ever single step.
Would definitely recommend them if you have a sick pet. They are a true example of what veterinary care should be

They don’t care about your pets, they care about how much they can make off of your pets pain and suffering

Brought our cat in during a time of need because we thought it was a nice trustworthy place...After our experience and now seeing we aren't the only ones hurt and saddened. Shame on this place...

Aloha has taken great care of our pets. One of our puppies recently ate a piece of a dog toy and had a 3 night stay at hotel Aloha, along with a surgery to remove the toy. We were pleased with the prompt service we received when we brought her in to be seen, and with the communication from the vets and assistants on staff throughout the duration of her stay.

I have used Aloha several times over the last few years for my dog. She has been there for surgery to remove a tumor on her leg as well as routine visits. Dr. Dan is my favorite! He is kind and you can tell he has a genuine interest in your pet. That’s hard to find. My pets will always see Dr. Dan ? Thank you Aloha for taking car of our fur babies!

I had to put our pet dog Dutch over Labor Day weekend...the Vet and her staff couldn't have done a better job making a difficult time more manageable....I couldn't even imagine any other place that could top the care and understanding they provided there...many many thanks to such a respectful loving place to say goodbye to our family member Dutch

Called a day in advance for an appointment for a bird with an injured wing. I told them that I needed an early morning appointment since I had to go to work. I was assured that the doctor starts seeing patients at 9am and that I would be the first person seen. I arrived on time at 9am and was the first and only person in the waiting room, including the employees. As I was waiting to be seen they started taking other people that had arrived first. When I mentioned that I was told I would be seen first and had explained my situation in advance they told me that other people had come in with “emergencies”. All animals there were ambulatory and did not appear to be in distress. So apparently my bird’s possible broken wing was not considered an emergency to them. It is now over an hour later and I am going to have to leave without my bird being seen.

Do not recommend taking birds here. Vet misdiagnosed my quaker parrot and wanted to euthanize her. She stayed in the hospital for 2 night for x-ray and meds. They said she had a mass from swallowing an object. I asked if she could be egg bound since she layed a few eggs at this time last year. They dismissed what I said and just wanted more expensive tests or euthanasia with necropsy! The next day I paid an almost two thousand dollar bill and took her home after waiting over 3 hours to get her. I nursed her back to health for a few weeks and after she regained her strength she layed 9 huge eggs. She is completely back to normal. Bird owners don't go here!!!

We really could not be happier with their adoption agency here! Everybody is extremely kind and genuinely caring about the animals. We adopted two kittens a few weeks ago and they have been extremely helpful in all aspects. Definitely go check out their kitten room as well! It is free therapy ?

Dr. Lopez is abbraisive and arrogant and has poor communication skills. My dog was dying with a terminal illness and she insisted on unnecessary procedures and medications. Against her stupid and cruel recommendations, I took my dog home so he could die with peace and dignity. I wish there were an option for zero stars.

Apologies for how long this is.
Brought my rabbit due to multiple vet recommendations. This was 2 1/2 weeks ago. There was a mass in his bladder over the size of a quarter and they were giving me quotes from two to $3000 which was not doable. The first veterinarian that I worked seemed great the first night. I came to the decision that night to unfortunately put him down due to the severity that was pushed, but the veterinarian didn’t feel comfortable with that. So, we were planning on working together to find alternatives due to me not being able to afford or finance that cost. The initial plan was that she call some people and I do the same, but no one that I called was able to help or take a surrender. She came up with an alternative route for fluids and critical care while we were still looking for a solution. After that night, I don’t know how to feel about the veterinarian. The initial vet that made the promise to help me look for surrender options for my rabbit to actually have a fighting chance completely brushed me to the side and gave me no contact whatsoever. I was told to come in a couple days to do the check and see how the fluids and critical care were doing. he was acting much better, but I expected them to check to see if the mass decreased, but instead I just felt questioned on “ why I was there if he was acting fine?” When two days before I thought I was losing my best friend.
I felt very brushed off, but tried to remain positive because he was acting better, but not like his normal self, but at least he was eating and drinking. I was told on the revisit to come back in a month. I’m writing this 2 1/2 weeks later because I just lost my best friend even though he has been acting fine.
I do feel as though this could have been avoided, if given the proper attention, but maybe that’s my fault for trusting the wrong vet, or not being rich enough to Afford their initial quote.

I brought my Baby to Aloha Pet. Unfortunately I wasn't able to bring my dog home. But the care and compassion we were shown is undescribable. You should know I have never stepped foot in this place before. We did choose private cremation and when we picked up Duke today it was amazing. A beautiful box with his remains, a paw print in cement and a lock of his fur. I can't thank you enough for the care you gave our son as we called him.

Took my guinea pig here to get checked when she was sick. She passed while in their care. We informed them I wanted her cremated and wanted to keep her ashes. They guided mother, while I was not there, to purchase her communal cremation. I found our 20 days after she passed that I’m never going to get her ashes back because they cannot even be bothered to correctly assist patients with the cremation process.
