The best air conditioner brand hands down?? Always has parts in stock if needed. The team is very helpful and always sets the heavy equipment right in the trailer for me. Jason even helped me man handle a 4 ton package unit into the trailer when I was by myself. (The other supply houses don’t do that) Best customer service and warranties for AC too. As a state licensed AC Contractor I see YORK equipment is built like a tank and actually made in America ??

Worst. I had a new york put in on Sept 9, from day 1 it was junk and leaked freon. Hurricane hit and caused some damage. York refuses to cover it under warrenty because it was an act of God. So now I'm paying for an AC monthly for 8 years that is useless. DO NOT BUY A YORK..THEIR UNITS ARE JUNK AND THEY ARE CROOKS. LIARS.
