I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tommy's Express car wash located at 4615 S. Tamiami Trl., Sarasota, FL 34231, and I must say, my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a young man who exuded professionalism and friendliness. He swiftly assisted me by recognizing my Veterans credentials and promptly getting me through the process.Despite a long line of cars, which initially made me apprehensive about the wait, the staff at Tommy's Express ensured that the line moved efficiently and smoothly. As I observed the meticulous care taken with the high-end vehicles ahead of me, including several Teslas, I was impressed by the attention to detail and commitment to quality.I was especially amazed by the condition of my own car after the wash. As a result of ongoing construction near my workplace, my vehicle had accumulated quite a bit of dirt and grime. However, the suds and brushes employed by Tommy's Express worked wonders, leaving my car looking as good as new.One particular highlight of my visit was the availability of a complimentary, high-powered vacuum for customers to use. I took full advantage of this offer and was astounded by the level of cleanliness achieved. The vacuum's power was so impressive that it felt as though it could lift the carpet off the floor! It revealed just how much debris had accumulated in my car, and I happily spent an additional 15 minutes thoroughly cleaning the interior.The exceptional level of service provided by the young man at Tommy's Express truly stood out to me. When I praised his positive attitude, he humbly attributed it to being raised by his grandmother. It was evident that he took pride in his work and genuinely cared about providing a great experience for customers.In addition to the impeccable service, I was delighted to discover that the car wash was offering free services to veterans. Not only did this save me money, but it also demonstrated Tommy's Express's commitment to honoring and supporting those who have served our country.Overall, my visit to Tommy's Express was a truly impressive and enjoyable experience. The facility was quiet, well-organized, and operated with utmost professionalism. With a network of 40 car washes, Tommy's Express has undoubtedly mastered the art of providing top-notch service.I would highly recommend Tommy's Express to anyone in the Sarasota area seeking a high-quality car wash experience. The exceptional service, the free car wash for veterans, and the dedicated and hardworking staff create an atmosphere that is second to none. I look forward to returning to Tommy's Express in the future for all my car wash needs.

this is and will be my last time visiting this car wash I I stopped coming there a while back because I got tired of their vacuum cleaners not working and then they only stay on for a minute or so. it didn't even wash my car all that great. I normally go to the one in Venice or Fruitville Road but I was close to you guys this time so I tried it one more time and as usual it sucks and you wonder why you only got a two * rating I can't imagine why never again. Will I come to this one?

Wish I had never gone here. Trust all of the other poor reviews. Somehow water got on the inside of my car even though the windows and door were locked. My car also got stuck once. The vacuums are low quality. I'm

Look at ALL the negative reviews! My experience was just as bad. Let me spell it out for you: IF YOU GO HERE, YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR HEAD EXAMINED BECAUSE YOU'RE INSANE AND YOU HATE YOURSELF!!!!For the love of God, I've never seen so many negative reviews in my entire life! Wish I had read them BEFORE I went here. Screw Tommys and their empty AI like responses. Guy says "My rear bumper got torn off." The response: "We hope we see you again soon." Talk about some tone-deaf people. THEY DON'T GET IT. My guess? The positive reviews are employees or their friends.

I used Tommy and liked it until one time I was in line behind 3 cars one being a really dirty Sandy car. I noticed the brushes are not cleaned between cars and the car behind the car with sand got treated with Sandy brushes. I also noticed on my car I could see brush scratches in my clear coat. I’m not sure using car washes with brushes and rollers that do not clean them between cars is all that good.

Beware of Tommy's car wash in Sarasota. I give them a D- at best. The first time I used Tommy's in Sarasota my car looked beautiful, so I purchased the membership. Then after multiple uses I began to see scratches upon scratches on my car. I went to another Tommy's cuz I was driving by and that manager said those scratches look consistent with our wash. Told me to go back to Sarasota Tommy's to file a claim. The employees were so rude and aggressive at Tommy's in Sarasota that I was shocked by their behavior. I showed my car to 3 so called managers at Sarasota location and it was an extremely painful process of their rudeness and excuses. I now take my car to a similar car wash setup on Clark Rd. Just a matter of time until the Tommy's are out of business.
