Not only a great realtor but a wonderful person! Wendy was the realtor at a house we wanted to purchase and from that moment on we knew she was the right fit. Very accommodating and friendly, hard working and just plain nice to have around.
We ended up buying through Wendy and having her sell our house. She would have people look at our house at all times of the day and evening. She made the trip sometimes more than once in a day and never complained. I told her she was like a “sister from another mister”. Actually she was almost like a daughter. We talked about lots of things and had so much in common. Such a pleasure to be with.
If anyone is looking for a realtor look no further. Wendy is your lady. She will get it sold in record time and put plenty of time and effort into it. Even when the market is slow, she manages to get things done.

She takes the time to get to know her clients and their wants as well as needs. Wendy Lynn is the epitome of professionalism and integrity. Above all I appreciate her honesty and her being forthright. We were shopping for a house long distance which was challenging. Wendy's knowledge of the area and neighborhoods was impressive. One time I sent her a listing I liked. She told me I wouldn't be happy there then explained why. She is as right ! It was something I wouldn't have even thought of!She is very accessible. Phone calls and texts are always returned in a timely manner. . After some months of communicating back and forth, I finally flew down to see visit the Sarasota area firsthand. I met Wendy for the first time. It was like getting together with a close friend. After 2 days of looking at houses, we put an offer on two, and one was accepted the same day! I am an antiques dealer and well versed in the art of negotiations, however, Wendy was essential in navigating and facilitating the entire transaction from offer to closing. Experience matters when things don't go to plan. The test of a good agent is not when things go smoothly, but rather when they do not. When the deal to sell my house fell through at the last minute, Wendy provided the right insight and guidance to help me through that difficult time. After a new deal was in place, there were still bumps on the road, but her diligence saw us through to the close.

Great Agent and Person!Wendy is an amazing agent and consultant. She helped me purchase and sell my first home 100% remotely. Wendy went above and beyond in taking on responsibilities to assist in the sale, so I did not have to return to Florida after moving cross-country. Not only did she make a stressful process seem easy, but Wendy also landed us 16 offers in the first weekend!
