I wish I could give ZERO! DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK OR THIS BRANCH! I TRIED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT, AND JULIET REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY (MONEY WAS 100% AVAILABLE, not pending) ANOTHER CLIENT LEFT THE BRANCH UPSET WHEN I WAS THERE. The manager did nothing to help! DO NOT USE THIS BANK OR BRANCH. They called the cops because I insisted on getting my money and closing the account.

The banker Elvir , he was really kind , gentil , professional and reaaally neat and clean , he make sure that i leave with all clear , he answer all my questions about credit , debit , everything. And also the Wells Fargo app is really like secure 200% , so if you need a reliable bank , tha't Wells Fargo , no one better to keep your money safe.

This location is always short staffed and the commerical drive through has been down for 6 months. They move very slow and it’s always a long wait

There were six people in line at 10:15 AM with one teller. When it was my turn I politely said that I was surprised that the staff in offices looking at their computer monitors wouldn't work a teller station when they're busy. The gal told me not everyone is trained for a window. Why wouldn't management train all personnel to pitch in at a window rather than keep customers waiting? Wells Fargo deserves their terrible reputation.

Walked in, and I was 6th in line. Over the next 10 minutes, several people in front of me left the bank. No one in the bank even acknowledged the customers in line. They looked at us like "what are you doing here".It was very uncomfortable. I knew I wasn't going to get the service I needed at this branch. I joined others and left.

I don’t normally have a problem with this Wells Fargo however I will say there ATM is literally always down and out of service it works one day the next it doesn’t like you guys really need to fix that for real not fake it cause I’ve seen people fixing it but yet it’s still beyond broken? How does that make sense. Personally I just think they are lazy.

9/14/22 only one teller working and was tried up with a customer and after 20 in line to make change for my store I had to leave. No manager in site and on one seem to care. This is not the first time this has happen. I am looking to change bank as it seems you do not need my business.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Went in to initiate a wire transfer. The amount was high enough that I had to meet with a "banker". No banker available. Told to go to their website and make an appointment. (Go to their website? I'm speaking to YOU right NOW!!!!!). Website had no appointments at any branches available for four days. COMPLETELY DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF A WIRE TRANSFER. Wire transfers are the most basic service a bank offers. WHAT HAPPENED TO SERVICE? I lost the house I wanted to buy to another bidder because I couldn't get my money out of Wells Fargo, because their staff is too lazy to bother to care or even help find someone in another branch to help. This is on the heels of a string of other bad experiences with this miserable bank. Don't entrust your money with them; they have no idea what the value of a customer is or what it means to actually try to help someone. I had already pulled some previous business accounts from them for terrible service encounters. Now I will be closing the last of my accounts. STAY AWAY from these people, they do not deserve to be entrusted with your money.

Needed to setup Payee Accounts for my disabled children, Josh Jones was extremely helpful and professional in accomplishing this monumental task. My thanks go out to him and all the staff at this branch of WF. Highly recommend Josh and this branch office.

Best WF branch I’ve been to. Josh is very knowledgeable and excellent in his customer service skills. The manager and Luis are also very helpful. I highly recommend this branch.
