I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this branch. My money has been held for weeks, and despite reaching out for assistance, the support has been minimal. The process feels unnecessarily complicated, and instead of resolving the issue, it has been a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I truly hope they improve their customer service to make things easier for their clients, but unfortunately, they have lost me as a customer. Additionally, Gilberto Santos should receive better training to learn how to properly assist customers.

This has been the worst customer service in my 20yrs with Wells Fargo and it’s enough for me to close my account and move to a different bank. I’ve never had an issue using my military ID as a form of identification because I forgot to put my drivers license back in my wallet. Today, it was scrutinized by the lady at the counter named Stephanie. After waiting in awkward silence for way too long, I asked, “is something wrong”? She asked me what type of ID is this, when she clearly has it in her hand and it says US Department of Defense. So I said, “it’s a government ID card”. I’m not sure what she was doing, but she could have easily asked her supervisor if this a valid form of identification. But what upsets me the most is that my picture matches, my name matches and she has the audacity to say she has to make sure it’s valid so it doesn’t comeback and gets her in trouble!?! I was so embarrassed! It’s my money and name on the account!? Some people don’t need to be in customer service. I see all the reviews and regret coming here. I’m definitely closing my account but this time at a different location.

This particular branch has the worst customer service. Every time I come here I want to move my funds. The 12th Street branch should have never closed.

Wells Fargo in general it’s a good bank. But every time that I go to one of them the costumer services it’s the worst of the worst. Particular this one.

I’ll tell you whats happened and you decide if you want it. I was going to open a Premier account and scheduled an appt with premier banker Jasqueline via my online bank. It was confirmed but when I came she was out. It was quite a surprise, but another banker Mike was able to answer some of my questions. He left a message to Jasqueline to call me back but she never did. Another appt ended with exactly same result. Third time she was finally there but we were late by less than 10min and we were told that she took another customers and cant help us today. Her manager Sonya was less than helpful and did nothing to solve the issue (however I believe she would be able to answer all our questions herself). I dont know if its a bank problem, processes problem, particual people problem, but that was very disappointing and I wont return to this branch again. Thinking about a different bank too, more customer-friendly, especially when they come to deposit a new money…

Had to transmit a wire transfer today, new (to me) policy, is that a CSR assists with process. They were all busy so supervising teller made it happen, so I wouldn't have to wait. Best customer service I've had in while!

This is the worst brunch in Sarasota. Zero staff and no personal bankers to assist you with your banking needs. I do not recommend this branch for your banking needs. Horrible service, rude and unprofessional.

I was on this location and I have more the 10 years account with wells Miss DINA help me a lot , the time is very important for me and for Sonia , she can help little more is convenient if they continue take walk in, is very apreciate for me I want continue stay with wells if the person. I wish I could give ZERO! DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK OR THIS BRANCH! I TRIED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT, AND JULIET REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY (MONEY WAS 100% AVAILABLE, not pending) ANOTHER CLIENT LEFT THE BRANCH UPSET WHEN I WAS THERE. The manager did nothing to help! DO NOT USE THIS BANK OR BRANCH. They called the cops because I insisted on getting my money and closing the account.

The banker Elvir , he was really kind , gentil , professional and reaaally neat and clean , he make sure that i leave with all clear , he answer all my questions about credit , debit , everything. And also the Wells Fargo app is really like secure 200% , so if you need a reliable bank , tha't Wells Fargo , no one better to keep your money safe.

This location is always short staffed and the commerical drive through has been down for 6 months. They move very slow and it’s always a long wait
