Went in to the store to purchase a hoagie and was told I couldn't have it custom made because the meat was already hot.Then I ask the supervisor and he said no will not toast the sandwich with the meat on it because the meat is hot Wow I said you rather give the money back then to make the customer happy .Yes I called the 1800 number and complained. Bad customer service.

I just saw the man who prepares the food how he spits out a bread that I was preparing I complained to the manager and nothing happened it disgusted me so much that I didn’t take my order, I’m very sorry that these things happen people like that shouldn’t be born today it’s 7/25/2024 11:30 pm

it would be nice to be able to eat dinner when i work so late. seems like every time i order a couple things from doordash you guys forget something. last night i ordered a western bagel customized a take 5 reese’s and 2 chips and a gatorade. needless to say it was just the snacks in the bag what a shame bc that just tells me yall didn’t care to even make what i ordered let alone put it in the bag. so thanks for making me have to skip out on dinner last night.

I’m a regular customer I’m there EVERY MORNING this may sound so petty but this women name Gloria she was at the register @7:06 on 5/28 I always order the same thing everyday never miss a beat I HANDED her my ticket to pay SHE TOOK IT OUT MY HAND IN after she scanned it she PLACED IT ON THE COUNTER which I FOUND THAT EXTREMELY RUDE …so I left it on the counter and took a picture of my ticket # … ms.gloria u should’ve handed it right back EXACTLY HOW U TOOK IT FROM ME I encountered her 2 times out of the 3 months I been coming there in BOTH TIMES WAS UNPLEASANT never say thank you just a unfriendly vibe ; …… other than that everybody else there including the guy who makes the drinks and the lady who always makes my burrito and the bowls etc are amazing. Their customer service has always been 11/10 …shout-out to you both

Poor customer service I gave the cashier my last 70 bucks I literally told him pump 5 and he put it on pump 6 somebody else got my gas so when I went in there to ask why my pump wasn't working he said my bad I put it on the wrong pump so I asked to speak to his manager she was a real nasty person I mean real nasty attitude I asked for either my money or gas and she said you are not getting either so they stold my last gas money

I went to Wawa today at 10:45 AM on May 2, 2024 to get food and drink when I got to the register to pay the associates told me they’re not accepting anything but cash. They don’t accept credit cards or debit cards anymore. New rules.
