Waited for several minutes at the deli counter. No one came. Found an employee. Rather than help me he sent me to customer service. Customer service seemed confused why i was there but said he would help. Several minutes later I went and found him again and he said "she is on break, but if I want to wait she will be back eventually." Avoid this place

While this store has gone down somewhat since it opened with a 5-star experience, pound for pound it is still your best Walmart experience in the Sarasota area.
It never, however, seems to be fully stocked anymore. It seems like there's always an item or two that they don't have and don't have for several weeks.
They still need to keep working on these constant out-of-stock situations, especially on everyday goods of their house brands like bread or bacon.
The pharmacy is also top-drawer with helpful people who get prescription refills done fast.

Empty shelves in aisles. Many/most of the perishables are already expired. I've been coming here instead of publix recently because it is cheaper, but it's really not a choice if there isn't much inventory and it's expired at that.

In and out quick, grabbed hot lunch. No line even though the store and parking lot were crowded. Employees working and moving. One even while on the phone. Walmart is a good place to work.

Convenient usual fair pricing not a full Walmart...food & drugstore
Use it for pick up items for my household and to buy food for Parish food requests weekly. The Mart can be an occasional surprise in terms of what they stock e.g.you can generally get flowers to surprise someone...!
Self checkout is a bonus and reduces wait time in checkout process.
I've been using this shop for 3 years now and it's as solid now as It has been since I first wrote this note!0
