Saturday night May 11th I went to the store to send money using western union and Lucas said no I’m not going to do it for you ,and when I asked why he said that I can’t send more than 300 but when I use to send money from the same store no one said no to 400 or 450 or 500 but Lucas the lazy boy doesn’t want to do his job he’s turning the people back
The worst service ever ,rude,disrespectful,unprofessional
And I will make sure that everyone in Sarasota knows about this

This Walgreens is my favorite of all the Pharmacy s in the area. The staff is very efficient, I can always count on them to get me in and out. Many thanks to the staff. You make my life easier. BeeRidge and Cattleman Road area.The 24 hour is a major plus.

Walgreens is a great spot to pick up supplies or visit the pharmacy or the photo department. There’s always a sale and the associates are helpful.

I wouldn't wish dealing with the pharmacy here on my worse enemy. The pharmacy personnel here lack empathy, they're unprofessional, snarky and very incompetent on an extreme level. I wouldn't trust these people at making a grill cheese sandwhich let alone dealing with life saving medication. This is a warning for anybody dealing with these zombies. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

OUTSTANDING PHARMACISTS 14+ yrs! Long overdue to write a RAVE REVIEW, this Walgreens feels like a little corner drugstore on Bee Ridge/Beneva and defies being a link in a massive chain, bc this Walgreens has taken personalized care of my family for over 14 years. I actually save it in my phone as "My Walgreens"--"BLANCA!"BLANCA is an unfailingly exceptional Pharmacist, patient despite hectic environment, and hardwired to go above & beyond helping others. JAKOB is a newbie to locale, but expert Pharmacist who is also uniquely attentive and compassionate! Blanca & Jakob work non-stop--like energizer bunny Jeremy and all pharma staff there--no doubt dealing with people struggling with illness & pain, and the increasingly, deplorably rude public. Veteran Store Manager, DIANE, is always quick to find or solve anything! Diane is a MAJOR improvement over past disgusting male managers who never washed their hair or manager vests, or gave a damn about customers or their job. Finally, JENNY is an exceptionally conscientious Cashier who takes pride in the quality of her work, offers clear, patient explanations striving to help people understand Walgreens Cash Rewards, store deals and coupons (and any combination thereof), and online sales. Jenny is never impatient repeating the same information or half-hearted like most Cashiers.I have interacted with Blanca, Jakob, Jenny & Diane even at 11PM, and they are still so pleasant and helpful! I am grateful to all of them, especially Blanca, who has faithfully stayed at "My Walgreens" for 22 years!

Would not recommend this pharmacy at all. My child needed a medicine and could not miss any doses. They promised me that they would fulfill the prescription in time for his next dose. They told me two times it would be ready and it wasn’t and then would tell me another time to come back to get it. We ended up moving our script to CVS and will not use Walgreens again. We got the script right away at CVS.

Pharmacy shorted me 1 pill in my prescription. That's not it though. The entire prescription was for 8 pills! Yes 8!! How do you miscount 8? This is a quality controlled business which means they have processes and procedures in place that double & triple check to ensure you get the correct product & the correct amount every time. "Mistakes" don't happen in a quality controlled environment! It's a pharmaceutical establishment hence the reason for the QC system. So you're telling me that 3 people miscounted 8 pills? Nah, not going for it. Pharmacist was supposed to call me the next day as she said she had to pull the camera footage and do a recount. Well, that was almost a week ago and haven't received a call yet. The more & more I write, the more I begin to see that this wasn't a mistake as they'd like to tell everyone. ?.Absolutely unprofessional & a complete disregard for customer care.
