I moved to this neighborhood a year ago and this store keeps getting worse. They seem to be always understaffed. That is one person to run the front and one person in pharmacy and the pharmacist. The person running checkout trys to be patient but you can tell they are frustrated as the overhead speaker keeps reminding them that service is needed in photo. But 5 people want to check out and more keep coming in. Please send more staff or combine your stores. It's like your spreading out too thin and the service is suffering. I won't even start with the pharmacy department.

This is the worse place to visit the guy with the big mustache on his face I think his name was John very rude I was trying to ask him if there were another Walgreens that stayed open 24 hrs in case I needed some medication for someone sick he ignored me then I asked again he turns around says WHAT!!! Really rude like I said never mind all he was focusing on was getting everyone out of store to close bad customer service!

Horrible pharmacy and management doesn’t care. They literally will close the pharmacy with you standing in line. Came back today and it’s only 5:20pm and they said without even knowing the script you will have to come back tomorrow , then wasted my time just to tell me they do t have the medicines in stock , it’s obvious they just don’t want to assist people. The guy on the drive thru raised his eye brow so confused when I said your sign says you’re open till 7pm. They all should be fired or retrained.

What’s going on with employees in 2024? Do we have actually have quality people that’s have compassion and dedication to their position. This is by far the worst Walgreens I have been to. The male older Manager was so nasty and rude when I ask if he can assist me with some balloons since they have them for sale along with the cashier that just give me the worst look like if I’m asking for something out of this world, the answer was no they’re is someone that handles ballon’s and he is not here, but hello aren’t you the manager??!

Walgreens is conveniently located next to Village Medical, where I see my primary care doctor. It's nice to shop or look around the store while waiting for my ride. While they have items my pharmacy CVS doesn't have, they're still on the expensive side.

The afro latina woman with the NY accent is incredibly RUDE. It took a great deal of professionalism on my part to remain civil during our interaction. Professionalism is an attribute she desperately lacks. Hopefully, Walgreens corp will provide that employee customer service training. I'm confident the company has had complaints about her before from patrons and other employees alike. If she doesn't change her attitude and develop better communication skills she will not be very successful in customer service and may want to consider an alternative career trajectory. I miss the days when folks took pride in their work. SMH

The place was clean and well lit and we easily found what we were looking for, but the cashier was very young, inexperienced, and didn't seem interested in helping us.

Tim in the photo department is a terrible employee. He is slow and performs at a substandard level. Additionally, he was very rude while also performing his job very slow. Also, maybe consider investing in a self checkout lane or something because one employee trying to ring up 8 customers took way longer than it should have.

One of the worst Walgreens I’ve been to. The employees are so useless and rude. Also tried ordering some Christmas cards through their photo center, luckily I checked them before I bought them because they were incredibly blurry and the quality of them was not good.

Typical Walgreens. The pharmacy has multiple problems filling prescriptions, and this has been going on for the 6 years I have used them. Prescriptions are ridiculously expensive. I have switched pharmacies for better service and prices!

Don’t go to this Walgreens if you need a covid PCR test fast. They take more than the other ones. Go to the one on central parkway (vamo - sarasota). Took the test and it too 48 hours to only get to the lab, while the other pharmacy get the results ready in 24 hours. Just a heads up.

Worst experience ever..zero customer service and the young lady and young man at the register were rude and more into talking to one another than helping me wouldn’t recommend anyone else nor will I be returning to this location ever again

Lot of items... if you want to plan way in advance of holidays. Noticed prices higher than anywhere else and a lot left over after holidays. So if you're in a hurry this might work well for you. If you're not worried about the price, you can probably find anything you need. With the cost of living so high right now, I would try Wal-Mart first.
