Worst pharmacist and team. They do not care about you, or take the time listen to your needs. I had cancer this year and I had to fight and argue, and GET DENIED my doctors prescriptions, as if they knew better or had power over my doctors, and my much needed medications!!! You do not have to be treated like this... find another pharmacy!!!

I have called 6 times to get to the pharmacy and the stupid automated thing keeps hanging up on me. I can't even get through to the manager. Service has really gone down

This pharmacy just can’t seem to get it together. I’ve stopped by twice in the last two days to pick up my prescription and they tell me that it’s not ready and come back in 25 minutes. I’ve asked them both times to please have the prescription ready I will be back on the next day but they just can’t seem to get it right.

Placed online order at 4 PM and paid for it online and was told I would receive email with instructions for pick up and now they are closed and I still haven’t heard anything back from them I’ll never use that service again

I moved to this neighborhood a year ago and this store keeps getting worse. They seem to be always understaffed. That is one person to run the front and one person in pharmacy and the pharmacist. The person running checkout trys to be patient but you can tell they are frustrated as the overhead speaker keeps reminding them that service is needed in photo. But 5 people want to check out and more keep coming in. Please send more staff or combine your stores. It's like your spreading out too thin and the service is suffering. I won't even start with the pharmacy department.

This is the worse place to visit the guy with the big mustache on his face I think his name was John very rude I was trying to ask him if there were another Walgreens that stayed open 24 hrs in case I needed some medication for someone sick he ignored me then I asked again he turns around says WHAT!!! Really rude like I said never mind all he was focusing on was getting everyone out of store to close bad customer service!

Horrible pharmacy and management doesn’t care. They literally will close the pharmacy with you standing in line. Came back today and it’s only 5:20pm and they said without even knowing the script you will have to come back tomorrow , then wasted my time just to tell me they do t have the medicines in stock , it’s obvious they just don’t want to assist people. The guy on the drive thru raised his eye brow so confused when I said your sign says you’re open till 7pm. They all should be fired or retrained.

What’s going on with employees in 2024? Do we have actually have quality people that’s have compassion and dedication to their position. This is by far the worst Walgreens I have been to. The male older Manager was so nasty and rude when I ask if he can assist me with some balloons since they have them for sale along with the cashier that just give me the worst look like if I’m asking for something out of this world, the answer was no they’re is someone that handles ballon’s and he is not here, but hello aren’t you the manager??!

Walgreens is conveniently located next to Village Medical, where I see my primary care doctor. It's nice to shop or look around the store while waiting for my ride. While they have items my pharmacy CVS doesn't have, they're still on the expensive side.

The afro latina woman with the NY accent is incredibly RUDE. It took a great deal of professionalism on my part to remain civil during our interaction. Professionalism is an attribute she desperately lacks. Hopefully, Walgreens corp will provide that employee customer service training. I'm confident the company has had complaints about her before from patrons and other employees alike. If she doesn't change her attitude and develop better communication skills she will not be very successful in customer service and may want to consider an alternative career trajectory. I miss the days when folks took pride in their work. SMH

The place was clean and well lit and we easily found what we were looking for, but the cashier was very young, inexperienced, and didn't seem interested in helping us.
