watch your receipts in this place. they rip you off if you are not careful. I've shopped there 7 years and Im done! I'll go further out of my way from now on. They suck! Terrible procedure where the stuff that used to be on sale remains labeled on sale, but the register is already working on the new sale. Take the damned sale stickers down if it's over. In this day and age with how smart computers are, there is no excuse. THEY SUCK, CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS.

I love Walgreen. The Walgreen store it's fine but the pharmacy not that I expect! This is my first time using their pharmacy service. Seems like they don't care much about patients. I went to have covid vaccine. Before I went there I made appointment, put all information online but when I got there I still have to fill out all information on the paper again! So what the point to do online! After I got shot they said I'm good to go. The next day I realize that they did not give me any paper to prove that I have vaccinate. I have to drove back to ask for the paper so they gave me vaccinate paper and they even spelled my name wrong. If they pay a little more attention to the detail will be best.

Frantically looking for specific items to relieve my son's pain I asked an associate stocking shelves for help. He pointed across the store and give possible directions on where it "might be". I said, "please, don't point, show me, my son is in pain". He then slammed his restock items into his cart with irritation, which surprised me in a customer service environment. I said I'm sorry to have upset you by asking for help, never mind" as I looked for another associate to which he responded with "I'm sorry if you didn't like the way I set my things down".... Really???. Sensing conflict I headed for the checkout with what I had, turning to offer him another chance to help, but he literally ignored me. The checkout clerk seemed concerned of the incident but with a line couldn't help. I'm old school so I believe people aren't OWED jobs. Either they earn their place in society, contribute, and represent the company that employs them, or they find something else to do. Incident: 8:30p 10/30/2020. So disappointed. Walgreens will never see my family or friends again.

John was our customer service here at 9pm we just came from another more wallgreens to take some passport photos first one said camera was broken I don’t believe to much that second one manager said not we close photos at 9pm and was 8.37pm so she just don’t want to work

Every time there is a problem with my membership and the cashiers seem to be completely clueless on how to help customers. This location is ridicolous. Today I had a bad experience with a guy named "John" no last name given after I asked few times. This shop needs attention or to close down and make room for something else.

Miguel the senior pharmacy tech is so kind and caring! I was picking up a prescription that cost way more than I was expecting, and he kindly showed me where I could find coupons and helped me save $40! He didn’t have to do this but he did and I really appreciated it! Miguel you rock

The pharmacist Amisha G. who manages this location really is an excellent pharmacist and person. She is exceedingly competent and caring and her staff there is almost always excellent as well. Although this Walgreens pharmacy is no longer the closest one to where I live and work I still use this pharmacy location. Walgreens is fortunate to have such a person managing this branch.

The employees at this store are terrible! The young ones always want to flirt with one another while there are customers waiting. Today it took 5 1/2 hours for 2 4x6 photos to be printed. Apparently they don't consistent check for orders submitted online throughout the day

I stopped at this Walgreens because I needed to heed the call of nature. The bathroom was a horror, given that they're supposed to check them every hour and it was dutifully checked off, neither stall had any toilet paper in it, and there was no paper towels in the handicapped stall. It made taking care of business difficult. I also wanted to find a particular shade of lipstick, they had one, but not the other, so I bought it and mentioned the bathroom status to the Manager on duty. He said it'd be taken care of.

They claim to honor good RX but that's a lie! They charge you as much as they possibly can the receipt shows no reflection of the good RX discount which they claim they gave you and yet I paid close to $40 for 20 pills and I have a picture that I will post that shows good RX says I should be able to get it for $10 at Walgreens but Walgreens claims to not be responsible for that but let me ask you a major corporation like that wouldn't you want to keep up on things like good RX and make sure all the discounts were correctly posted so you didn't take peoples money like highway robbery like I could've went to Walmart I could've went to any other pharmacy where they actually did what they said they would do Which is honor the good RX

We had a problem with our insurance and Alisha (not sure if I spelled it correctly) was amazing. She made several phone calls trying to help figure it out. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you!!!
