Takes at least a day and half for them to fill simple prescription. Takes almost as long waiting in line to pickup!!!!

I had an appointment to get a shot at 4:40 PM today. I arrived 10 minutes early and all of my paperwork had been filled out online. The person at the counter at the pharmacy checked me in and told me to sit down. I waited 30 minutes and then stood at the window to find out what was going on. The same technician said "tell her to sit down and wait". No explanation as to why there was a delay. No explanation as to how much longer I would need to wait. No apology for the inconvenience. So rude and disrespectful that I ultimately left and went to another Walgreens where the pharmacy staff could not have been nicer. I agree with those who wrote that the people in this pharmacy act like they hate their jobs and they hate everybody they come in contact with. What a miserable experience. Go to Beneva and Fruitville instead.

THE PHARMACY misfilled my husband’s 120 day prescription that we picked up two weeks before the thanksgiving holiday, and are refusing to admit that a mistake was made without us there in person to present the empty medication bottle, and denied that they need to refill the medication urgently. He’s had a terrible time with getting prescriptions filled on time at this location, and pharmacy staff are always unwilling to correct mistakes. in this case we need it filled it as soon as possible (we were out of town, and he’s been without the medication for two days.) The lack of professional medical care at this location is astounding and quite frankly traumatizing, and I don’t recommend going to this store for any reason. This complete inability to safely help vulnerable people is unacceptable in the medical field. UPDATE: pharmacy tech was racist. couldn’t recommend this pharmacy less.

No one ever answers phone. I've literally waited 30 mins on hold for a 30 second question. Guess I'll just have to drive up there from now on. Sad.

I love Walgreen's photo dept and pharmacy. Their coupon system is handy to use, as it's automatic at check-out via your phone number. No coupons to clip or remember!

This Walgreens is so sad. Walgreens is better than the long faced depressing humans who call them selves "associates" of Walgreens. Need to train on basic customer service. If you're on the phone, take a second and acknowledge the people in line. 5 people working in the pharmacy, 1 on the drive thru, 1 on the phone at the front, 2 counting pills and 1 running around with no purpose. So sad an elderly man walked up with a question and no one acknowledged him... so wrong.. need some folks who are engaged working here. Waiting for our Vaccination we watched many more walk away and frustrated as we were. This is NOT a "short staff" issue. This was a major miss in priorities of those working at the pharmacy. Leadership is non existent

I went in for a simple flu shot.After almost 2 hours, a pharmacy tech processed my valid Insurance card ,but I had to wait 50 minutes for someone to tell me “it wasn’t valid” (although I use it all the time at hospitals and private doctors).Then this stressed and rude employee asked for my information AGAIN, which i was frustrated after waiting 50 min for nothing! I talked to a pharmacist who claimed my card doesn’t take flu shots and then wanted $40 for a flu shot.CVS= no problem. and why yes, it was covered so it was FREE. In and out within 15 minDon’t waste your time at Walgreens. They’re overworked, stressed, can’t process simple things and can’t multitask to save a life. And they can’t even process an Insurance cardWORK ON YOUR PHARMACY STAFF!!!

I'm tired of this pharmacy. I will be leaving after my incident today. They service here is terrible. Yesterday at 4 pm my doctor sent an order for 9 syringes of Lovenox for a bridge. Today, I've now been at the drive through for 20 minutes with no resolve. They had to change the order from 7 day to 9 day and they had the order since yesterday. I said I was going to wait and they didn't care other than to say "mam,if you don't move out of the drive through lane I'll call my manager". This place is the worst, always an issue here and again, the service is terrible. I'm done. Moving to Target or CVS after this.
