“I took my fear aggressive 80+ lb Sheepadoodle in for the first time for a travel Health Certificate. They were patient, professional and friendly. They also caught a vital mistake on some paperwork and we were able to correct in time to get everything sent to USDA for final step to make our trip to France this week.”

“This is a huge shout out to Jen! I just left their office about an hour ago and had to share how amazing Jen is. About a week ago, I came with our very senior dog. She saw my dog SLOWLY walking through the hall and while we spoke to another tech, she kindly brought in towels/mats for my dog to stand on.
Today we were back in for an injection that is administered by techs and she was so patient with my old lady. We only came in for the injection, but she noticed her nails got a bit long (we struggle with cutting her nails at home lately) and offered to take her to the back and attempt to trim them.
Again.. so so patient and kind.

“Yesterday I had to put my beloved dog down. Anyone who has had to do this knows just how tough it is. Dr. Watkins and his staff were super compassionate and empathetic and made the process as smooth as it could be. I'm sure he's done this many times, but you could feel his sadness. We've been going to this father and daughter team for half a dozen years and I would never go anywhere else. They are not pushy, they love animals, their team is amazing, and they know what they are doing. Yesterday afternoon I received flowers. “Dr. Kate was wonderful! This was our first visit since we are new to Sarasota & couldn't have been happier with how thorough she was in her examination of our German Shepherd. Our dog has several health issues & she took the time to review all of his prior records (of which there was a lot) so she had a comprehensive understanding of who our dog was. Our appointment was originally scheduled for 45 minutes but she spent over an hour with him, giving our dog her completely undivided attention. She explained everything she did during her exam & thoroughly explained the "at home" care we were expected to do. We couldn't be happier with Dr. Kate & would love to give her more than 5 stars if this was an option.”

Sydney has great bedside manors, and the front desk staff is very consistent with appointment reminders and calling to check on everyone after their visit. They are reasonable priced and I highly recommend to anyone who has cats.”

“We took our new rescue dog to see them on a recommendation from a reliable friend. We were not dissappointed in the quality and caring attention to our frightened and apprehensive new furbaby. The vet aide was kind, attentive and reassuring for it was difficult to get our dog calmed and quiet. The veternarian looked him over thorougly and gently. Her recommendations for treats, feeding, future care and training were put in to use as soon as we got home and have been remarkably adapted by him.
