Very happy with their customer service. Visited the store recently. Everyone there is nice and friendly. Derek was particularly great and super helpful. He spent all the time we needed to patiently answer questions, clarify things, and come up with the best solution for our needs. We really appreciated his help and knowledge. Thank you Derek!

Dylan at Verizon is so nice and such a wonderful Verizon Specialist! I had a complicated situation with canceling my mom’s prepaid line and he was beyond helpful. When I am ready to get my new phone he is who I am going back to see. If you are thinking about switching to Verizon go to this store and ask for Dylan!

Came into this Verizon store thinking I had lost my photos after 2019. After many attempts on my own with no success I was greeted by Justin. He was very helpful and patient with me, aware of my concerns. He was able to locate all my photos. He then took the time to answer all my questions and teach me some features about my phone. He is a great representative for Verizon.

Dylan was extremely helpful, answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me good information so that I could catch potential issues that I would have liked to solve differently. I really enjoy working with him at the store, because working online would have been much more difficult in this case.
