We recently bought new phones at the Cattleman store in Sarasota and Ester is the person who helped us. She was very helpful and very informative and was able to answer all our questions. She was also very patient with us.

I had to get a new phone today and was stressed because I always feel like replacing a phone can be a daunting task. Joey B. Made this process SO easy for me. He explained everything and organized my plan so perfectly. I am so grateful that I was able to speak with him (while he also made the process entertaining) If you see this Joey, thank you again for the great experience.

Worked with Esther at the Verizon store at Cattleridge. She was awesome. I had purchased my new cellphone at the Verizon store on US41 in Sarasota. They never correctly set up the new phone, and after a day with no service, Esther at the Cattleridge store was able to complete the setup that the manager and salesman at the US41 store declined to do.Will never return to the store on US41--don't bother, go directly to the Cattelridge store if you want it done correctly the first time

17yrs with Verizon and I had a horrible experience trading in 3 iPhones for credit for 3 new iPhone 15 pro max’s. Was also supposed to get 2 Apple Watches and a new IPad. After turning in our phones, being told the watches were only while supply’s last, we couldn’t get the watches, and having to order an iPad we left we left with just the new phones.The next day we were told the credit given for our old phones was incorrect and we would be responsible for the $1200 mistake made by the sales associate Brandon D. even though we have a sign agreement. One ⭐️!The Following day we brought our phones back up with the intention of turning them in and going to AT&T or a competitor.We sat down with Ralph Velazquez who was very understanding, showed empathy to our situation, agreed the signed agreement was binding, and helped square it away. Even going above and beyond by emailing the general manager and put in a claim to Verizon on our behalf.Very pleased with the outcome and Ralph!Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s!!

I went in to get some help for my mom’s phone and we ended up getting a new phone and accessories. Ralph was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions! Great customer service! He also spoke Spanish which will be great for my mom who can only speak a little English. Having a bilingual worker is a great asset to your company! Thank you, Ralph for all you do!

Had great service both times I went in, getting my new phone and again when it broke and I needed another one.Alon helped me but special shout out to Joey who made sure he went out of his way to contact the right people and make sure I was being helped properly.
