Travis was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and trouble-shooted with me for days. Finally, it became evident I needed a new phone. He transferred the data quickly...no fuss, no muss. If you need a new phone, I highly recommend making an appt. with Travis. He is a real pro!

Travis was a pure delight to help me with my phone issues. He was duch a pleasure to work with !!!. I highly recommend this Verizon store!! Look for Alex who will sign you as you enter . He will connect you to Travis or another helpful team member!

Purchased a phone 2-3 years ago from Verizon. Loved their network, but moved to Mint Mobile due to price increases. My Samsung S22 Ultra worked great on Mint's network for over a year. Then Verizon either pushed a Network Lock, or a software/firmware update that locked my phone only to their SIMs. I spent a month trying to troubleshoot with them, for them to say it "shows as unlocked" and there is nothing they can do. I brought it to this store, and they admitted it was locked somehow, and I needed to pay UBreakIFix to do something. UBreakIFix said there's nothing they can do. If you use their networks, DO NOT buy a Verizon locked phone. Make sure your phone is UNLOCKED and stays that way.

To respond to the "response", I've already gone through 30+ hours of troubleshooting with Verizon Wireless, been pushed through to the "Executive Relations Team", and told that Verizon will not troubleshoot the issue further.

I made an appointment for 11:00 but ended up showing up early at 10:30 AM. Verizon staff took me in and started my appointment early.
Brad was the store associate who helped me with my transactions. He answered all the questions that I had. He was able to explain new streaming service perks that Verizon offered that saved me money. He also was able to update my account and I was able to receive a new phone line for free.
Brad and the Verizon staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I appreciate the pleasant and positive experience and I would highly recommend

I spent almost two hours at this location today and nothing was resolved. The reason for the visit was to correct errors by the person who set up my phone a few months ago. The rep Louis was great until he transferred me over to the manager Amanda. She failed to listen to the customer service person on the phone trying to give us directions that she needed to he involved in. I took the instructions as far as I could and then she needed to input info in on a laptop but she continued to walk away all over the store for an additional half hour as though I was an inconvenience to her. She was rude and dismissive and has no business in a customer service job especially as a manager. They have lost a customer forever and the problems are still not resolved. Does anyone even care?
