“We went there for a Sunday brunch. The cafe is in the backyard of a home that is tastefully decorated resembling English tea rooms. They offer a very friendly service with a fixed menu. The food is okay but it is not the main attraction for this place. you will leave the place with a feeling that you will be back. We all had a great time.”

“Very educational for all ages, All types of sealife but bring your walking shoes after you finish 1st section you will walk outside to the Birds area(fun to talk to the parrots) then onto the otter section across the way. Yes you can take a break between exhibits & you can drive/walk to the otter building then show tix to get in. Walk at your pace. We spent 3 to 4 hours really looking at all the exhibits & animals. Clean environment for all all animals. ❤️ Lots of parking areas including ♿️ & elevators when needed. Keep up the great work, FUN day in Florida.”

“As a photographer, this is one of my favorite wedding venues in Sarasota! The Powel Crosley is an incredibly unique and elegant venue with historical touches and all the amenities you could need. They offer beautiful rooms available for getting ready in, and countless spots around the venue that are perfect for photos. They also offer multiple ceremony / reception setup options, depending on if you want to be on the water, in front of the pavilion, or inside the historic hall. The staff is wonderful, as well! I would highly recommend the Powel Crosley for your wedding!”

“This was our first experience at Amore and we truly enjoyed our evening--the food, the service, the atmosphere and the music by pianist Eddie Tobin. My husband and I shared and enjoyed our first Portuguese specialty (Cataplana Alantejana) which consisted of marinated pork tenderloin with clams, potato and red pepper broth. We also enjoyed a delicious dessert, a cake with lemoncello, and a bottle of Albarino wine. But though the restaurant was full and there was music, it was not noisy like so many restaurants and there was a charm that only happens in a family owned and operated restaurant. Kudos to the owners and staff who meet every request with a smile.Parking: It's a shopping center and at night there is plenty of parking.”

“We had the best birthday party for our 4 year old today at Rosaires. The property is so peaceful and gorgeous. The rental came with access to the playground, bounce house and petting zoo. A speaker was already set up for us to play music. They even gave the kids a ride on the horses….Ricky was very patient as 4 years olds swarmed him! We brought our own food and decorations. The property is perfectly maintained. Not too fancy and very well cared for. The owners were so kind…. Amazing experience all around. Thank you!”

There’s lots of cool designs to choose from to create from. “Sophies is always my go to place for great food, excellent service and beautiful ambience. It's never full of loud music, hallelujah.... So calm and wonderful for visiting. Our waiter even went so far as to come find us shopping after lunch to return a credit card that we left on the table! Love them!”

“Four of us went to See "Always Patsy Cline" last night Feb 10, 2023. The theatre is very welcoming and cozy, and seats were perfect. However, I felt that the show should have billed "Louise & her Honky Tonk Band" with special guest Patsy Cline. I say this because every thing was loud and clear except for Patsy. It wasn't just one song, it was every song. She is the star! Our seats were directly in front of the sound booth, so we were hearing exactly what the sound techs were hearing. The mic'ing technique was something I've seen before (at the hairline above the nose) and Louse's mic seemed much closer to being set properly, but Louise didn't have a band playing while she was speaking.Other than that easily correctable problem we found the show to be very enjoyable.”

“Beautiful decor and ambiance embrace you at Sage restaurant. I was eyeing this place for months. Would it stand up to my expectations?Started out the evening on the rooftop bar with a fireplace. The bar was casual, mostly covered, and nice.Surrounded by family, lifelong friends, and new acquaintances, we celebrated my 50th birthday! When we walked into the restaurant, the "air" filled with beautiful music from a solo violinist. He played soulful modern tunes, which encapsulated the memories. The Thai Bouillabaisse and Porter house steak were a MUST! The porter house steak was HUGE. More than enough to feed two. My only wish was a side of risotto, less butter, and more vegetables. Otherwise, the steak was cooked to pure perfection.Honorable mentions were Seared Halibet with Wasabi Plumb Sauce and Yakisiba Noodles with grilled chicken.Thank you to the Sage restaurant for cooking up a wonderful 50th birthday ?”

“From the moment we checked in, this resort has gone above and beyond for my family. We have an eight month old and they have treated him like a king. From extra towels to crib mattresses to washcloths for his bath, they have made our stay so enjoyable. All of the staff are so welcoming! Make sure to eat at Drift! Breakfasts and dinners are phenomenal! The shuttle service to St Armand’s Circle is so nice too!!! We can’t wait to come back for future family vacations!”

“We held a beautiful wedding celebration at the golf club and everything exceeded all of our expectations, from the food, to the service, to the extraordinary newly renovated rooms and scenery. The course and grounds accommodated our ceremony and cocktail hour, and the ballroom was perfect for a lovely night of dancing and celebration. Liz and her team are top notch professionals and we highly recommend TPC Prestancia for any event.”

“Thankfully I’m not a local because I would be here multiple times a week. I love the atmosphere out on the back deck. It’s beautiful and the place was packed but regardless the service was fast and friendly. The food was amazing and the mixed drinks are dreamy. The prices are surprisingly reasonable for the large portions of wonderfully fresh seafood. You get bread at the start of the meal as well. I could eat here every day.Parking: Large parking lot with plenty of parking.”

“I do work in the industry to be transparent, but I think its unfair to judge the event by things such as what products at what price the exhibitors display. In terms of the supply and demand, boating is not the only industry still in the process of regaining balance. The folks in the show pay to be there to make contact with people looking to buy what they sell, and many are willing to talk to you even if you are a year away from buying a boat. There is always a list available online of who has signed up to be exhibiting, check the list so you know if there is someone who might have what you want and pre-buy your tickets. Its a beautiful location surrounded by restaurants and shopping for when you are done walking the show.”

“We recently stayed for 9 nights. Location is perfect for walking in town or to the big park and marina. Hospitality was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Tatiana at front desk. Also Jose in valet parking is a great guy.My complaints- NO dresser in room and tiny closet. Also room is very poorly lit. Bed frame is kind of low but not terrible. Wink Wink restaurant is decent but a little pricey. Valet parking $35 a day but still worth it. Takes only a few minutes to get ur car. Pool area is nice and has a bar and food.”

“I would definitely recommend this restaurant to family and friends. I ordered the wild caught salmon and it was cooked perfectly. Loved the atmosphere and our server Eni was attentive, polite and helpful. She knew the menu very well and answered all of our questions. Will be back again!”

“Fun experience, nice employees. Monday evenings during league play (especially during snowbird season) aren’t good times to come — try Wednesday instead for the “bowl all you want for a fixed price” deal. It’s a lot more expensive than I remembered it being, but isn’t everything?”
